  I received this as a sample and gave it a try. It's surprisingly good! It even removes eye makeup completely.

  Cons

  The oil layer separates, so you need to shake it before use. This is a bit inconvenient.

  Pros

  I was really impressed with this cleansing oil. Just one or two pumps provide ample product with excellent cleansing effectiveness. What I loved most was how it didn't leave my skin feeling tight after washing - the finish was fantastic. It reminded me of Shu Uemura's cleansing oil. It's great for oily skin types as it leaves a clean feeling, and I think it would be especially good for those with dry skin as it doesn't cause any dryness.

  Cons

  As an imported product, it's on the pricier side. However, it might be worth picking up at duty-free when you're traveling. The pump locks when you turn it, making it convenient to carry around without worrying about spills.

  Tip

  I found that using this cleansing oil for a gentle facial massage while cleansing is a great way to incorporate a daily massage routine into your skincare regimen.

  It removes makeup effectively. Definitely provides a deep, thorough cleanse.

  Cons

  It's definitely an oil-based product. Of course, a second cleanse is necessary, but the finish feels slippery. Throughout the process, it feels thick and sticky. I won't be repurchasing.

  It's gentle on the skin, doesn't cause blemishes, and removes makeup effectively! I finish up with a cleansing water after using this.

  Cons

  There weren't really any downsides. However, using it alone might leave you feeling a bit unsure about thorough cleansing.

  It removes makeup gently and without irritation, which is why I repurchased it. Highly recommended! As someone who always wears eyeliner, this product removes it completely and cleanses thoroughly.

  Cons

  I noticed it contains a few potentially harmful ingredients. If those were removed, it would be perfect. Also, the price point is a bit high, which is unfortunate.

  Tip

  To use, pump generously onto a cotton pad, place it gently on the area you want to cleanse, then wipe downward to remove makeup.

  Pros

  Two to three pumps do the trick! It removes makeup effectively, has a nice rolling sensation, and rinses off well. It's not a light and refreshing oil, but rather one with a medium weight. When rolling it on, instead of feeling like the oil is concentrated in one spot, it spreads evenly across the face, giving a satisfying cleanse. After rinsing with water, it washes off so well that you barely feel any residue.

  Cons

  The price per volume is higher compared to drugstore brands. Also, there aren't many online retailers for price comparison. It's disappointing that even internet department store malls rarely offer sample sets as a bonus with purchase.

  Tip

  No matter how I look at it, the Clinique Cleansing Oil and Eye Makeup Remover seem to work exceptionally well with the Maybelline Magnum Barbie Mascara. I'm glad to have found products that effectively dissolve this mascara.

  Pros

  The cleansing effectiveness is fantastic! I don't use a separate lip and eye makeup remover, but this one product removes all my eye makeup, including mascara, perfectly! My friend suggested I double-check, so after washing, I used a cotton swab to test, and there was no residue at all - everything was completely removed! I use this oil to remove everything, then gradually add water for a second cleanse, and finish with a foam cleanser. Throughout this process, I don't feel any irritation that I can notice, and my skin feels hydrated!

  As for downsides, I can't think of anything particular based on my experience so far! If anything comes up later, I'll update my review.

  While some ingredients might not be ideal, it still seems better than other options. Since it's applied briefly and washed off immediately, I'm not too concerned.

  I found a great routine: gently massaging with this, rinsing it off, then following up with Clinique's Mild Facial Soap. It leaves my skin feeling comfortable without any deep dryness.
