  I initially bought the cleansing milk and was so satisfied with Clinique that I decided to purchase the cleansing oil as well. My skin is super sensitive and tends to be dry. The good news is that my skin is still in great condition! I've been using it in an oil-to-foam routine, and I love that it doesn't cause any deep dryness or leave my skin feeling parched.

  Cons

  As expected, the price is the main drawback. Since it's an oil, you need to pump it two or three times instead of just once, which means it runs out pretty quickly. I bought it at a department store, but fortunately, I had a credit card discount coupon, so I managed to get it at a more reasonable price.

  Pros

  I was really impressed with this cleansing oil. Just one or two pumps provide ample product with excellent cleansing effectiveness. What I loved most was how it didn't leave my skin feeling tight after washing - the finish was fantastic. It reminded me of Shu Uemura's cleansing oil. It's great for oily skin types as it leaves a clean feeling, and I think it would be especially good for those with dry skin as it doesn't cause any dryness.

  Cons

  As an imported product, it's on the pricier side. However, it might be worth picking up at duty-free when you're traveling. The pump locks when you turn it, making it convenient to carry around without worrying about spills.

  Tip

  I found that using this cleansing oil for a gentle facial massage while cleansing is a great way to incorporate a daily massage routine into your skincare regimen.

  I'd give it five stars for cleansing effectiveness if I could. It has a thin, oil-based texture. I'd recommend this for dry, normal, or combination dehydrated skin. Even after thorough cleansing, your face doesn't feel tight, just soft. I bought it for about 50 Canadian dollars.

  Cons

  The price...? But considering the texture and cleansing effectiveness, it's worth every penny.

  Pros

  I used this for a while when I was buying all my products from Clinique! It was a reliable product - it removed makeup well, didn't make my face feel tight, and I liked it so much that I kept using it.

  Cons

  While it was good in many ways, after checking the ingredients on Hwahae, I've decided to stop using it. Of course, having zero harmful ingredients doesn't automatically make a product perfect, but I think it would be even better if the ingredients were improved.

  Pros

  I usually get a lot of blackheads and sebum around my nose, but after using this cleansing oil, they've significantly reduced. Also, as I have combination dehydrated skin on my cheeks, I appreciated that this oil-based cleanser didn't leave my skin feeling dry. I don't typically wear heavy makeup, so I can't speak to its cleansing effectiveness for that!

  Cons

  The downside is that while you need to use a fair amount of cleansing product, the price point is a bit steep. Also, while it didn't irritate my skin, I didn't see any dramatic skin improvements either.

  I received this as a gift and I'm so glad I did! It seems to remove makeup really well. After cleansing, my skin feels super soft and there's hardly any tightness. Even though I have sensitive skin, I didn't break out at all! The person who recommended it to me has even more blemish-prone skin than I do, but they've been using it for months without any issues. So I think it could work well for those with acne-prone skin too. My mom, who has dry skin, says it removes makeup effectively and she feels like her skin has improved. My mom also dislikes this aspect, saying it takes too long to rinse off. I think anyone who doesn't like that slippery sensation should avoid this product. Most people rave about it, and it was a gift, so I want to use it, but I'm not sure how to get rid of that feeling quickly. The ingredients aren't great either, and it's quite pricey. I might give up on cleansing oils altogether, but I'm curious if all oils feel like this on my skin. Maybe I'll try a different one. After using cleansing water, this feels like a hassle. I was going to give it three stars, but since I'm not using it at all, I'll go with two.
