  Pros

  - Removes makeup thoroughly and cleanly. A no-frills product. - Never experienced acne breakouts or blemishes after use. - A great alternative if Shu Uemura is too expensive. However, it's not quite as good as Shu Uemura.

  Cons

  As a straightforward product, there aren't really any downsides. Before trying Shu Uemura, I had no complaints or regrets. But after using Shu Uemura, I noticed differences in cleansing effectiveness and how refreshed my skin feels afterward.

  It removes makeup effortlessly while providing excellent cleansing power. After rinsing with water, it doesn't leave a slippery residue, giving a clean and fresh feeling. I didn't experience any blemishes either.

  While some ingredients might not be ideal, it still seems better than other options. Since it's applied briefly and washed off immediately, I'm not too concerned.

  Tip

  I found a great routine: gently massaging with this, rinsing it off, then following up with Clinique's Mild Facial Soap. It leaves my skin feeling comfortable without any deep dryness.

  I received this as a gift and I'm so glad I did! It seems to remove makeup really well. After cleansing, my skin feels super soft and there's hardly any tightness. Even though I have sensitive skin, I didn't break out at all! The person who recommended it to me has even more blemish-prone skin than I do, but they've been using it for months without any issues. So I think it could work well for those with acne-prone skin too. My mom, who has dry skin, says it removes makeup effectively and she feels like her skin has improved. She's really enjoying using it!

  This might be because it's my first time using a cleansing oil, but for me, no matter how much I rinse, the slippery feeling just won't go away. I've stopped using it because of this. Since I don't wear heavy makeup or use cotton pads for my skincare routine, I'm not even sure if it's cleaning that well. Even after following the instructions and double cleansing, I have to wash for ages before that slick feeling disappears. It's frustrating, especially when I'm in a hurry to get out! My mom also dislikes this aspect, saying it takes too long to rinse off. I think anyone who doesn't like that slippery sensation should avoid this product. Most people rave about it, and it was a gift, so I want to use it, but I'm not sure how to get rid of that feeling quickly. The ingredients aren't great either, and it's quite pricey. I might give up on cleansing oils altogether, but I'm curious if all oils feel like this on my skin. Maybe I'll try a different one. After using cleansing water, this feels like a hassle. I was going to give it three stars, but since I'm not using it at all, I'll go with two.

  Compared to the night-time product in the same line, this is easier to use and doesn't cause blemishes. It's reasonably priced and is a well-balanced cleansing oil that doesn't leave a heavy oily residue on the skin after use, nor does it cause dryness.

  Cons

  If you wear heavy eye makeup or intense color cosmetics, or if you're looking for a powerful cleansing effect, this product might fall a bit short of expectations.

  It feels refreshing even with just water cleansing. However, I did double cleanse. I repurchased because there was no major irritation or blemishes.

  It feels a bit pricier than other oil cleansers on the market, but one bottle lasts a long time!

  If you massage it in for about a minute, it's great for removing surface sebum as well.

  It's so convenient that it removes eye and lip makeup in one go. I have blemish-prone skin, so I usually avoid oils, but the store employee strongly recommended this, saying it's different and won't cause breakouts. I tried it, and it really does seem gentle. It removes makeup thoroughly without causing any blemishes, which is pretty good!

  Despite being an oil-based product, it doesn't cause any blemishes! It's so gentle that even if it gets in your eyes, it doesn't hurt. I usually break out in tiny bumps if I'm not careful, but this doesn't cause that, so I plan to keep using it!

  Pros

  Although it's a cleansing oil, it actually doesn't contain any oil, so you can use it without worrying about blemishes. The cleansing effectiveness is excellent. I switched to this after using Shu Uemura's cleansing oil (whitening) for years, and I can feel that it's much gentler on the skin. Since I started using this, the frequency of blemishes has definitely decreased. I've probably used about 3-4 bottles so far.

  Cons

  There's nothing negative to say except that the container is a bit large, which can be inconvenient for travel.

  Tip

  This product was released in Korea before the US. In the US and Canada, only the balm type was available, but I started using this when I found out it was released a few months ago. It's much better than the balm type.
