It doesn't leave much residue on your hands, and even if it does, it doesn't feel unpleasant. It's almost like applying hand cream! I loved how it absorbs quickly with a rich texture, and that was my favorite part. When I use this, it makes my hair look somewhat shinier, which I really like! As with most products, the biggest drawback is that it can clump if not applied correctly! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinMar 9, 2021
I love how this product helps make my hair silky and bouncy! It's a bit of a shame that it can be slightly greasy, but overall it seems like a decent product. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedDec 18, 2020
It feels like it's instantly absorbed into my hair. It applies even better than Silk Something-or-other. The scent is a bit off-putting. Compared to Moro-whatever, it has a somewhat artificial fragrance. Great value for money. - le******Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedOct 20, 2020
I have fine, weak hair. With my short, thin hair, I use about two pea-sized amounts, applying from the ends. Even during dry seasonal changes, it keeps my hair from getting frizzy, which I'm really happy about. The scent is almost unnoticeable, and any oil left on my palms absorbs quickly. This product alone is more than enough to do the job. The bottle design makes it tricky to control how much product comes out when you tilt it into your palm. It really needs a dropper. I took off one star because it doesn't come with one. After applying to your hair, if you rub any remaining oil on your fingertips, it helps relieve dryness on your nails and fingers. - in********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 22, 2020
I love how this product allows me to easily style my hair while providing care at the same time. It's a shame they don't offer a larger size option, which would be really convenient. - sk*******Normal SkinRecommendedSep 16, 2019
I'm on my third bottle and still very satisfied. When applied to wet hair, even a generous amount dries smoothly without clumping (though this might be due to my severely damaged hair). I usually pump it about four times. While it doesn't give an intense shine, I love how it calms my hair without being overwhelming. Towards the end of the bottle, I turn it upside down to use the remaining product. However, the shape of the container makes it difficult for the oil to flow towards the opening, making it challenging to use up completely. Use on wet hair. It absorbs evenly and smoothly without leaving any residue. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJul 18, 2019
I'm not sure if it's good. It seems to make my hair softer. It just feels like my hair is getting weighed down. It does soften my hair, but maybe my expectations were too high? - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 18, 2019
I've tried Mise-en-Scene, L'Oreal, Silk Therapy, Elastine, Chakan Factory, and many others. But I've been using So'Hair Moroccan Argan Oil for two years now! First off, I love that it's not too runny. When I apply it to my hair, there's no stickiness at all. The difference in hair texture before and after use is remarkable. Usually, one bottle lasts me over a month. I naturally don't have very oily hair, so even when I wash my hair the night before, apply the oil to damp hair, and then dry it, my hair doesn't become greasy or clumpy. It's on the pricier side compared to other hair oils I've used. However, I keep buying it because it's worth every penny. I stock up on it when it goes on sale on Tmon, Wemakeprice, and other sites. - ps*****Oily SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 10, 2019
I was using a top-ranked product when my face suddenly broke out. At first, I didn't realize it was because of the hair oil and kept changing my skincare products. When I finally figured out it was the hair oil, I was like, 'Oh my gosh!' I think it was causing blemishes because my hair was touching my face while I slept. I was so frustrated! I immediately tossed it and switched to this product. I've used nearly 10 bottles now, and it doesn't cause any breakouts plus it makes my hair super soft. I apply it mainly to the ends of my damp hair, then use any excess on my hands to distribute it throughout. After drying, my hair feels incredibly silky. There's a noticeable difference when I use this versus when I don't. When I ran out and temporarily used a different essence, my hair immediately became dry and brittle. I think the difference was especially noticeable because my hair is particularly fine and weak. My friends often comment on how nice my hair feels and touch it. That's when I always make sure to tell them about this product! The bottle is heavy, and when it's almost empty, you have to tilt it to squeeze out the product. I usually squeeze out enough for three or four applications and focus on applying it to my hair ends. Even though my hair is dry, this oil feels quite light for its type. - re*******Dry SkinAcne SkinMar 13, 2018
When you have straight hair and only the ends are damaged from coloring or perming, applying this just to the tips makes them adequately soft. It's on the heavier side, similar to a silk therapy, which helps calm frizzy hair. After bleaching twice and coloring, I realized this is indeed a silicone-based product. As someone who needs to apply it all over, not just the ends, the essence is too sticky and heavy. The ingredients aren't great either. Even though my hair isn't particularly thick and only reaches between my shoulders and chest, no matter how many pumps I use, it just feels heavy with minimal effect. It's so sticky that it clumps together, and I only feel like it's smoother when I'm struggling to brush through it, as if I've added a lubricant.
