Pros
We first used this product when our eldest child had eczema, and we became completely hooked on its dramatically effective results, using it for years with our second child as well. This product is truly remarkable - it's not even a medication, yet it was able to calm the severe eczema in just two days. Although it's expensive^^, when I started applying it all over my child's body instead of just the face, their skin became as smooth as honey up until now. I believe the product may have been slightly reformulated since then, but the core ingredients are likely still very similar, so it should still be an excellent choice. I personally highly recommend the Physiogel AI Repair line for children with eczema and extremely dry skin!

The moisturizing power was certainly better compared to other products. I sometimes want to apply other products, but when my skin becomes sensitive or I have breakouts, using this product again makes my skin feel better. As someone with sensitive skin, I like this product.bb

As someone who works in an environment that dries out my skin a lot, and has sensitive and reddish skin, I can definitely say that switching from regular Physiogel to AI lotion and cream has made my skin much more moisturized for longer. It's recommended to use the lotion in the morning and summer, and the cream at night and in the winter.
Cons
The only downside is that in the summer mornings, those with oily skin should use less or switch to a lotion instead. I personally tend to get shiny and sometimes even get a pimple or two in the summer mornings.
Tip
When I feel my skin drying out, I apply it frequently. At first, applying it thickly makes it feel stuffy and slippery.
