I almost considered using it on my feet before throwing it away.
ConsI'm being treated for atopic dermatitis at a dermatology clinic. They were selling this product there, claiming it would significantly reduce atopic symptoms, so I bought it right away. But when I applied it at night before bed, my face felt like it was on fire and woke me up. I'm not exaggerating - my face turned extremely red and I broke out with more than 10 blemishes all at once. The product also separates badly.

The hospital recommended this cream, and we've been using it ever since. The ingredients seem to be very gentle.
ConsWhile it seems good for heat rash and dry skin, occasionally it causes small pimples or blemishes to appear. Also, it's quite expensive, unfortunately.

ConsI have extremely dry skin, and my dermatologist recommended this, but it stings terribly and causes redness immediately after application. When I mentioned this to the dermatologist, they said it sometimes doesn't suit sensitive skin and recommended Zeroid cream instead. I don't understand why it stings and causes redness when there are no harmful ingredients...

So, I tried the AI Repair Cream from my dermatologist, and then switched to a similar product, the AI Repair Intensive Cream, which I find really nice and clean. At first, it felt like it was just sitting on top of my skin with a lot of richness, but over time it started to lock in moisture and my skin became more soothed. My skin texture improved, and even the area around my left eye got better. I've heard people say my skin looks less red and more brightened.
ConsOne downside is that when I'm stressed, my skin still acts up. Everyone's different, so please understand. If I apply too much before bed, the richness can make blemishes worse, so I pat off the excess gently with a tissue. Also, maybe because my skin is so dry, it absorbs the product quickly. So if I forget to bring it with me or... you know.
TipI apply this generously before using a hair dryer to protect my skin. Then I smooth out my skin texture once more. For me, it's an essential! It's great to apply frequently, especially in fall and winter.

ConsHowever, it contains xanthan gum, which is known to clog pores. Some people have experienced breakouts after using it. It seems to be a case-by-case situation. I'm too scared to apply it on my face now. I did repurchase it, but since I have atopic dermatitis and dry skin, I'm only using it on the severely affected areas of my arms and legs
TipNot recommended for those with oily skin, especially in the morning

ConsI have combination skin, so I often get small blemishes around my T-zone. I've temporarily stopped using this product because of that. These breakouts would occur every change of season... At first, I didn't realize it was due to the cosmetics, but after stopping, it's gotten a bit better. I think it might be too rich for my skin
TipThis product seems to be more suitable for dry skin types

It seemed to calm my redness, and I thought I had finally found my holy grail product...
ConsI have extremely dry skin with atopic dermatitis. Initially, it worked well for me, but after using it for over a year, it suddenly became very irritating. When I applied it to my sensitive, reddened skin from scratching, it stung so much I cried. Also, after long-term use, I started disliking its pungent smell. Finding a suitable cream is so challenging.

While it's said to be good for sensitive skin, it does feel like it creates a moisture barrier on the face.
ConsI developed small, red, bumpy blemishes like millet rash. Hoping it was a fluke, I tried applying a small amount the next day, but the same reaction occurred.
TipThe original version seems to have a larger quantity and feels much gentler on the skin.

When I developed pregnancy-related itching, with my legs becoming red and bumpy like hives and extremely itchy, applying this product really helped calm it down.
ConsAlthough it's said to have gentle ingredients suitable even for babies, I found it too tingling to use on my face, so I ended up using it as a body emulsion instead. I asked around and apparently some people don't react well to it.
TipSince it may not suit everyone, I'd strongly suggest testing it on your face before purchasing. If it works well for you, then go ahead and buy it. After all, it's quite a steep price to pay just to use as a body emulsion.

Just a tiny amount leaves my skin feeling so hydrated.
ConsUnfortunately, I developed milia under my eyes, so I avoid applying it around that area. I thought it would be perfect for my cracking skin, but I was shocked to see those little bumps appear. My friend also warned me not to use it near the eyes.
