ConsI have extremely dry skin, and my dermatologist recommended this, but it stings terribly and causes redness immediately after application. When I mentioned this to the dermatologist, they said it sometimes doesn't suit sensitive skin and recommended Zeroid cream instead. I don't understand why it stings and causes redness when there are no harmful ingredients...

It seemed to calm my redness, and I thought I had finally found my holy grail product...
ConsI have extremely dry skin with atopic dermatitis. Initially, it worked well for me, but after using it for over a year, it suddenly became very irritating. When I applied it to my sensitive, reddened skin from scratching, it stung so much I cried. Also, after long-term use, I started disliking its pungent smell. Finding a suitable cream is so challenging.

I'm pleased that after applying it once, my skin doesn't feel tight for a long time, and it has a lightweight feel.
ConsThe downside is that I still experience a slight itching sensation after application, and it's quite rich, which makes my skin look a bit greasy.

Super rich and moisturizing. Pricey, but the effects are worth it. Provides intense hydration.
ConsMay sting slightly on sensitive areas affected by atopy. Not recommended to apply heavily on skin folds due to its rich consistency. Being a medical-grade product, it's quite expensive. When decanted into smaller containers, oil separation occurs, requiring occasional shaking.
TipConvenient to carry in small containers, but be aware of occasional oil separation.

When I developed pregnancy-related itching, with my legs becoming red and bumpy like hives and extremely itchy, applying this product really helped calm it down.
ConsAlthough it's said to have gentle ingredients suitable even for babies, I found it too tingling to use on my face, so I ended up using it as a body emulsion instead. I asked around and apparently some people don't react well to it.
TipSince it may not suit everyone, I'd strongly suggest testing it on your face before purchasing. If it works well for you, then go ahead and buy it. After all, it's quite a steep price to pay just to use as a body emulsion.
