It was just nice and moisturizing to use! I used it as a face pack at a reasonable price, and it definitely had a soothing effect when using it as a face pack in the summer.

Pros
I came to write a review hoping it wouldn't be discontinued, but it's being discontinued, oh no I've been using this product for 4 years. To be honest, online shopping is a hassle, so I've tried famous toners like Dokdo Toner and Izentree Toner in the meantime, but this toner is the only one that has given me such a soothing feeling at this price range.
