Pros
I was looking for an affordable and usable cleansing oil, and the price was really affordable, which I liked. The formulation also felt light as it was water-based (although only at first..ㅠㅠ)

I used this for about 2 weeks, and from then on, small bumps and occasional cystic acne started appearing on my face. At the time, I was also using samples of a different brand's toner, lotion, and moisturizer, and since I didn't know what the problem was, I stopped using both for about a week. I should have thrown this away then, but thinking the other brand's samples were the issue, I casually discarded them and continued using this product. I'm a complete skincare novice, not really knowing my skin type, and I tend to just use whatever is cheap and basic, so even when small bumps would appear, I'd just think 'hmm, maybe I didn't wash my face properly today' without ever suspecting this toner. I had hardly ever had acne since my school days, but ㅜㅜ I had even repurchased this and had been using it for almost 3 months (or maybe more) when my acne started getting really bad again recently. So I stopped using this toner completely for about 2 weeks. I didn't add any new products, just used my regular skincare routine, and lo and behold. From the first week, the small bumps started disappearing, and now I hardly have any acne. So I ended up throwing away the recently purchased toner and am now looking for a new one. It's inexpensive, so I bought 2 bottles and am using them up. The feel is light, so I'm just diligently using it as a toner.

It's great for applying lightly and moisturizing. I bought three - aloe, milk, and rose - but the aloe started breaking me out, so I stopped using it after a week. The milk and rose ones work well for me, so I'm continuing to use them. I was going to repurchase, but I checked the Hwahae ingredients and solidified my decision to repurchase.
