No matter how well I apply sunscreen, my skin always turns red by evening. But when I apply this before bed, it feels calming. The affordable price means I can slather it on generously, which is great.
ConsIt doesn't seem to absorb into the skin very well. When it comes into contact with water, it feels like it turns back into a gel.
TipWhen you're heading to a sunny destination, pack this along. You can use it as an all-over soothing mask for your body.

It's affordable and the ingredients are gentle enough to apply without worry. Plus, the large quantity means it lasts a long time. A little goes a long way, so you can even use it on your body.
ConsPersonally, I got blemishes after using this on my face, so I stopped applying it there. It feels very sticky when applied and doesn't absorb well. The absorption rate seems average, but the stickiness lingers. There's absolutely no difference or unique selling point compared to similar products from other brands. I can't see any notable benefits either.
TipFor those looking to reduce facial redness, try putting some cold aloe gel on a sheet mask - it works wonders for quickly calming the skin.

There's a sense of soothing, perhaps?
ConsIf you apply even slightly more than the recommended amount, it pills. Severely! Rather than feeling like it's providing hydration, it's more like it's creating a film on the skin. After the alcohol evaporates, there's a noticeable dryness... I'm using it as a body moisturizer now. Sigh.
TipWell... I think using a mask might be a better choice.
