While it doesn't calm them overnight, it's definitely better than other brands I've tried.
ConsThe scent is a bit strong. Also, it stings if you apply it right after popping a blemish.

The effects were truly amazing! While it doesn't work miracles overnight, even painful, inflamed blemishes calmed down. After about 3 days of use, they completely subsided.
ConsMany people say the smell is overwhelming, but I didn't find the tea tree oil scent too strong. It wasn't so bad that I couldn't wear a mask after applying. However, be careful around the eye area! The stinging sensation lasts a while, so use caution. Also, be very careful when applying it to already popped or open blemishes - it really stings!
TipIf you gently apply it with a cotton swab, avoiding the eye area, you'll see your blemishes subside in 2-3 days!

It's truly amazing! I've tried everything marketed for acne, but this has been the most effective by far!
ConsRight after application, there's a distinct cooling sensation that can feel like a burning or tingling. Also, the strong scent might be off-putting for some people.

But after applying tea tree oil for just 2 days, it's gotten so much better! I'm not sure if it's a temporary improvement since I've only used it for 2 days, but if I end up fully recovering, I'll write another post :) I'm a bit embarrassed to share chest photos, but I'm posting before and after shots for comparison.
ConsThose with super sensitive skin should be cautious. It has a burning sensation, like applying toothpaste. I used a cotton swab to dab a tiny amount on a pimple near my upper lip, and despite the small quantity, my eyes stung badly. When I put on a mask, the area around my mouth felt hot and tingly. It's best to avoid using it near the eyes and nose. I thought that overuse could potentially be harmful. Make sure to use only a small amount with a cotton swab or mix it with a soothing gel when applying.

ConsAs someone with oily skin, I found it refreshingly cool upon application. However, those with sensitive or dry skin might experience a slight tingling sensation.
TipThere's no need to apply a lot. Just dabbing it with a cotton swab on the necessary areas is sufficient to calm the blemishes by the next day.

It helps reduce the swelling of raised blemishes.
ConsLike most tea tree oils, it stings a bit, but the benefits are worth the slight discomfort.
Tip.

Since Mediheal's Tea Tree mask works well for me, I tried the Tea Tree oil too. When applied to inflamed acne before bed, it really calms things down. Sometimes there are stubborn blemishes that even Tea Tree oil can't fix, but it's still effective! Just be careful not to apply it all over your face.
ConsI made the mistake of diluting this oil with aloe essential oil and applying it all over my face. It caused a terrible burning sensation! Make sure to only dab it on acne spots with a cotton swab.

I purchased it because it was said to be good for blemishes, but I didn't notice any benefits. If you have super sensitive skin, please make sure to patch test before using it. The scent wasn't too strong. On February 14th, when my blemishes were getting really bad, I saw the tea tree oil and decided to try it again. Remembering how my skin reacted badly before, I decided to apply it only on the blemished areas. While I used to mix a drop with emulsion before, now I'm adding a drop to aloe gel and applying it only on the blemished areas. Surprisingly, the blemishes where I applied it have gotten smaller.
ConsI bought this because it was supposed to be good for blemishes, but it didn't work for me. After reading reviews, I mixed a drop of tea tree oil with emulsion and patted it on, but my face started tingling and then my skin completely flared up. Please don't use it the way I did! Does anyone know how to calm down skin quickly?

So I used a cotton swab to gently dab on a small amount. The next morning, I was amazed to see my blemishes had actually shrunk a bit! I definitely plan to keep using this product.
ConsIt stings a bit right after application. There's quite a strong burning sensation.
