Pros
The complex, creamy +mask line is suitable for sensitive skin. My coworker recommended it so much that I bought it, but it's so-so... It does a good job with the cream's core function, but... Moisturization + skin suppleness is just the basic. The texture is more moisturizing than hydrating.
Cons
Besides moisturization, I'm not sure if I'll repurchase it at this price. It doesn't address inner dryness and only provides surface-level hydration. And the absorption time is slow.

Pros
My skin is prone to acne-prone and sensitive breakouts, but this product doesn't cause any trouble. (Products from brands like Avène, Biotherm, La Roche-Posay, The Face Shop, Olive Young, Mamonde, Laneige, and Hera all tend to cause breakouts for me, and makeup products are even more problematic.) The fragrance is absolutely lovely. It keeps my skin tone looking natural and brightens it by about half a shade. The moisture level is great. The absorption is also quite good. The texture is also good: a bit richer and denser than the Kiehl's moisturizer, but not heavy or greasy - just nicely hydrating.
Cons
If I had to nitpick, it's that while it's hydrating, the moisture doesn't seem to penetrate deeply, and my skin still feels a bit tight. I'll probably need to use an essence to fully address that tightness. Like most French products, it does tend to get a bit cakey when used with makeup. But it's still better than Estée Lauder. I wish the price was a bit more affordable.

Pros
When I first used it, I thought I had found the holy grail of creams - it was amazing!! I'm a bit on the extremely dry side, and even when I apply a moisturizing cream, the moisture seems to evaporate quickly, leaving me feeling dry all the time. But this is the best cream I've ever tried! It's so moisturizing, yet not at all sticky, and the scent is lovely too.
Cons
But after using it for a while, I feel like it's not as moisturizing as it was when I first started using it. The other day, I applied the moisturizing cream and did my makeup, but it all just slid off and I had to redo my whole face. It feels like it's just sitting on top of my skin, not really penetrating and keeping it deeply hydrated.

It's moisturizing. As a moisturizing cream, it has a plentiful sense of hydration. There was no allergic reaction such as itchiness or pimples, compared to the ingredients.

Pros
At first, I used the cream type and liked it, so I repurchased it. Then in the summer, I bought the gel type again. Even though I have extremely sensitive skin, I was able to use the entire Chanel hydrating line, from the essence to the mist, without any trouble. However, the whitening line caused me breakouts. To be honest, I can't use most cosmetics, but this one is a real godsend for me! It's so trouble-free, has a nice fragrance, and is generally great, so I've been using it consistently for 3 years now (even though I've tried switching to other products, I always come back to this one). So I don't even need it to be that dramatic - just the fact that it doesn't cause me any trouble is already a blessing!
Cons
The store staff recommended that I should have bought the cream type instead of the gel type. The cream type seems better than the gel type, which feels a bit like it's just sitting on the surface. And while it's not as dramatic as I had hoped, it's still not quite a holy grail product for me. But it doesn't irritate my skin at all, so I always end up coming back to it.

To be honest, I'm not sure if it's really that good for the price. It doesn't seem to absorb well into the skin and just sits on the surface(?). After washing, there's no trace of it having been absorbed at all, it all just gets washed away.
