It's quite pricey, even among department store hydration products. Like most Sisley items, it lacks a lid, which feels less hygienic. The scent might be polarizing for some.

It effectively tackles deep dryness while providing a wonderfully soft and supple finish. I really appreciate how Sisley products generally don't cause blemishes on my skin.

The scent is quite herbal and strong, which might be hit or miss depending on personal preference.

It absorbs well even with a small amount, and except for the coldest winter days, one application is usually sufficient.

When using this product, I stopped using the brown bottle. It seemed to overlap and even interfere with the application. I tried to minimize the number of steps in my routine as much as possible.

There was no feeling of the product sitting on top of the skin, and overall I was satisfied. However, considering the price, I would describe it as adequate.

The ingredients are mediocre, and the hydration is lackluster. The price is excessively high for what you get - it's just throwing money away. If you want to understand why the hydration is so poor, try some of the hydrating ampoules sold at Olive Young for comparison. When I used this product, I couldn't even tell if my skin was moisturized, and it actually caused irritation.

Out of all the Sisley products I've tried, this one uniquely causes an allergic reaction on my face. Fortunately, I only used a sample. It resulted in red rashes around my eyes, swelling, and itching. When I went to the doctor, they said it was a severe allergic reaction and prescribed injections and medication. This was my second time trying it, and the first time I suffered for a week with the same symptoms. I thought it might have been a fluke, so I tried again, but the same thing happened. It's definitely not suitable for my super sensitive skin.

The hydration was great and left my skin feeling moisturized. It seems to have a scent similar to fresh leaves.

It gets used up quite quickly, which is a shame. It's expensive and runs out fast. Apart from the price, there don't seem to be any drawbacks.

It doesn't absorb well into the face (it seems to not 'take' if there are even a few dead skin cells), and for a hydrating serum, it's far too expensive. I didn't particularly feel any moisturizing effect after use either.

I tried this product after receiving so many recommendations, but honestly, I couldn't really feel any standout benefits. However, when applied to the back of my hand, it did feel quite hydrating.
