It effectively tackles deep dryness while providing a wonderfully soft and supple finish. I really appreciate how Sisley products generally don't cause blemishes on my skin. It's quite pricey, even among department store hydration products. Like most Sisley items, it lacks a lid, which feels less hygienic. The scent might be polarizing for some. - yu*******Dry SkinWrinkles/ElasticityFeb 2, 2024
It absorbs well even with a small amount, and except for the coldest winter days, one application is usually sufficient. The scent is quite herbal and strong, which might be hit or miss depending on personal preference. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRednessRecommendedNov 2, 2023
Absorbs: 5 stars Absorbs well: 3 stars Hydration: 2 stars Please note that these ratings reflect my personal preferences. The product has an excellent, firm texture and spreads thinly, which contributes to its superior absorption. While the hydration might not meet expectations, I'm satisfied with adding this extra step before my cream during the dry season. There was no feeling of the product sitting on top of the skin, and overall I was satisfied. However, considering the price, I would describe it as adequate. When using this product, I stopped using the brown bottle. It seemed to overlap and even interfere with the application. I tried to minimize the number of steps in my routine as much as possible. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinOct 22, 2023
Nothing really. The texture feels luxurious, but that's about it. I suppose it's relatively cheap for Sisley? The ingredients are mediocre, and the hydration is lackluster. The price is excessively high for what you get - it's just throwing money away. If you want to understand why the hydration is so poor, try some of the hydrating ampoules sold at Olive Young for comparison. When I used this product, I couldn't even tell if my skin was moisturized, and it actually caused irritation. Don't bother using it. This product offers terrible value for money. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedJun 9, 2023
It's definitely worth the price. I didn't find the scent particularly unpleasant. The price seems to be the main drawback. Apart from that, it's quite good. - cq****Combination SkinAcne SkinMar 23, 2023
The hydration was great and left my skin feeling moisturized. It seems to have a scent similar to fresh leaves. Out of all the Sisley products I've tried, this one uniquely causes an allergic reaction on my face. Fortunately, I only used a sample. It resulted in red rashes around my eyes, swelling, and itching. When I went to the doctor, they said it was a severe allergic reaction and prescribed injections and medication. This was my second time trying it, and the first time I suffered for a week with the same symptoms. I thought it might have been a fluke, so I tried again, but the same thing happened. It's definitely not suitable for my super sensitive skin. - rm*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedFeb 26, 2023
It absorbs quickly without sitting on the surface. It seems to help with deep dryness to some extent. Even when used in the morning, it doesn't cause makeup to pill. It gets used up quite quickly, which is a shame. It's expensive and runs out fast. Apart from the price, there don't seem to be any drawbacks. - od*****Dry SkinRecommendedDec 3, 2022
As the weather gets colder, my thin skin in my late forties always becomes dry. I use three Sisley products, and sometimes I feel tightness, while other times I don't. After trying a sample of Sisley's Hydra, I immediately purchased it. I've been using it for a month now, and there's no deep dryness at all. The container seems smaller than expected. And as everyone says, the price is quite steep. - mp**Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 24, 2022
I'm using this as part of a skincare line my sibling gifted me. I love that it dispenses just the right amount with each pump. It applies smoothly and absorbs well into the skin. The only slight drawback is Sisley's unique, somewhat peculiar scent that can be a bit off-putting. - sh*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedSep 12, 2022
As a hydrating moisturizer, I applied this as the final step in my evening skincare routine before bed. While I didn't notice any dramatic changes, it definitely leaves my skin feeling hydrated. Despite its small size, I've been using it consistently for about 3 weeks. Personally, I'm not a fan of the scent. It's quite strong - my boyfriend could tell when I was applying it even from a distance! The ingredients list is also a bit disappointing.
