If you want to boost volume while keeping the hair soft, never use cream-type treatments.
Instead, apply a liquid-type treatment from the mid-lengths to the ends, leave it on for 3-5 minutes, and then rinse it off.

Other anti-hair loss shampoos start to feel sticky again from the roots after rinsing. 
If the cleansing power is too strong, the hair becomes stiff, so adding moisturizing ingredients makes the hair glossy, but the scalp is not cleansed enough, so the volume doesn't improve and it starts smelling bad soon.

As my scalp is extremely oily, I haven't tried any famous domestic or foreign oily scalp shampoos, but I think this has the best cleansing power. 
A few years ago when I used it abroad, the lather was not enough and I had to wash it twice. 
But after the renewal, the lather is great and the hair is less stiff, and I'm really satisfied with it.

There are a few ingredients that are said to be bad for sensitive skin, but those are the key oils that remove excess oil, and even with my sensitive skin, I don't have any scalp troubles using it.

The Avalon Organic Biotin is similar to the review, but this one was a bit more effective. It's really great - good for oily/seborrheic scalp and has good cleansing power. It's not creamy but a transparent liquid, and the scent is natural and not artificial, which I like. I'd strongly recommend this to those who want to focus more on scalp care rather than just hair. After rinsing, your hair won't feel sticky or heavy (?) like it's been washed with soap - at least for me, my hair felt thicker and healthier.

If your hair gets sticky within half a day, be prepared to use this.

But! The lather doesn't form well at all.
These kinds of shampoos are originally known to not lather well, so I'm using it with patience, but

After the summer, I bought a Daiso shampoo brush and using it together, it's really good.
For someone like me with a normal-to-dry scalp, it can last for 1.5 days.
Without the shampoo brush, the hair would get too limp and sticky within half a day, which was a fatal flaw, but
now the only downside left is that it doesn't lather well, so the usage amount is still wasteful.

No, the scalp inflammation has relapsed....

Putting aside the fragrance or lather, as soon as I use it, white flakes start appearing on my scalp and dandruff forms, making it unusable.

The only advantage I can find is the mild ingredients.

Considering health, it's made with natural ingredients^^ But I was shocked to learn it contains some allergy-causing ingredients.

It makes the scalp dry. It's good for oily scalps, but I'd avoid it for dry scalps. I use it for my scalp issues, but a conditioner is essential for damaged hair. Otherwise, it can lead to frizzy hair... While healthy hair seems to get even healthier, I don't see much improvement when using it on severely damaged hair.

Personally, I think it's better than the biotin shampoo from the same company. I started using it because of my husband's hair loss, and we've been using it for years. I sometimes switch to other natural products, but my husband insists on using this one, saying nothing else compares. I highly recommend using a conditioner together for severely damaged hair, as it can get quite stiff. Healthy hair feels bouncy and elastic after drying.

Just because it's organic doesn't mean it's 100% safe. It's better than regular shampoo, but I still get some trouble and itchiness at the back of my neck.
