Pros
I've been using it since before I got pregnant, so it's been about 4 years... The scent is not too irritating, and most importantly, the ingredients are really great.
Cons
The most disappointing part is that it doesn't lather well, so I don't feel like my oily scalp is being cleaned thoroughly. And the oil comes back up quickly, and there's a scalp odor... The scalp odor comes up by the afternoon...

The Avalon Organic Biotin is similar to the review, but this one was a bit more effective. It's really great - good for oily/seborrheic scalp and has good cleansing power. I bought lemons, but there were no lemons, so I used them here. It's a product recommended for sensitive scalp that easily relapses if not properly managed. The scent is really good, like sunkist lemon candy or something like that. You can drool while washing your hair. And it seems gentle, I didn't feel any irritation on my scalp. I bought it because it's famous for being a pregnancy shampoo. The scent is nice, but it seems a bit dry to use without conditioner.

Pros
Compared to other organic shampoos, this one is less stiff and produces a decent amount of lather! The scent is rosemary, but I also noticed a hint of lavender! Compared to other shampoos, my hair doesn't get oily all day long! I'll try to repurchase this in a different scent when I run out.~

If I had to point out something disappointing... the scent... ㅠggㅠ.. It would have been even better if the scent was a little nicer... But since all scents are artificially made with chemicals, ㅠㅠ..
