Pros
It's not too stimulating and has decent cleansing power. It takes about 4-5 cotton pads to remove over 80% of the makeup. It also removes makeup quite well even after powder application. The lack of fragrance is nice, and it doesn't leave my skin feeling too dry after removal. The moisture is maintained and it doesn't evaporate quickly. I can even go about my activities without applying anything! For dewy foundation, I use about 4 pads, and for matte foundation, about 6 pads. The price is also affordable, so I can use it without much burden.
Cons
The ingredients are a bit disappointing. There are some PEG compounds, which many prefer to avoid. But there are plenty of options without those. The cleansing power also isn't perfect, so double cleansing is a must!

Personally, I felt it was more moisturizing than Bio** and had better cleansing power than Bifé⭐ As I have a dry, thin, sensitive, and acne-prone skin type, I prefer cleansing waters or toners that are moisturizing without leaving an oily residue. And this product is exactly that. It's moisturizing without any sticky, oily feel♡ The ingredients are also decent compared to other cleansing products, and I especially like that it's fragrance-free, as I'm sensitive to artificial fragrances. Even when my skin is irritated, I don't experience any issues with this product. My friend said the Truly product is really good, so I bought it and tried it out, and it's amazing! It wipes off so well, there's no dryness after cleansing, and it's so moisturizing^^ The original price is 14,000 won for 300ml, but I bought it at Olive Young for 11,200 won haha, and they gave me an extra 100ml for free!

The 300ml size seems a bit small haha, I wish the volume was a bit more.

It's a decent cleansing water. It can be considered a copycat of Bioderma Sensibio, and it lives up to the claim of being non-irritating. It's not overly stimulating and doesn't dry out the face too much. (The reviewer had the habit of just using this product alone before bed, and it didn't cause any breakouts. - Do not imitate this) It also removes eye makeup reasonably well. Cleansers don't rely on cleansing power, but rather on the ability to separate the surface, so given enough time, anything can be cleaned thoroughly. Gently applying it to the eye area and then wiping it off after 30 seconds, whether by brushing teeth or singing, will remove it without any issues.
Cons
The ingredients include PEG, which is a bit concerning. While phenoxyethanol doesn't bother me, PEG somehow feels off-putting. Well, that's something for each individual to decide. From the moment my friend showed me what she bought at Olive Young, I experienced a whole new world. I had heard of cleansing oils, but cleansing waters were new to me.
