But the hassle of double cleansing became too much, so I started using this cleansing water. Compared to cleansing oils, the cleansing power is not significantly inferior. It thoroughly removes makeup, from foundation to eyeshadow, lipstick, and eyeliner. For mascara (particularly L'Oreal), I just need to place a cotton pad on my eyes and it comes off easily. [Moisturizing] I was worried the cleansing water would be drying, but it actually left my skin feeling moisturized as I cleansed. There was no oiliness or tightness, which I really appreciated. [Price and Volume] Honestly, I tend to use more cleansing water than cleansing oil, and each cleansing requires a relatively large amount. But the affordable price means I can use it without burden. The generous volume for the price point means I can use it for a long time without worrying about running out.
ConsThe cleansing power is good, but it can be a bit harsh. My skin doesn't feel as comfortable as I'd like. [Irritation, Itchiness] The reason I initially switched from cleansing oil to cleansing water became moot, as my skin would become red and itchy if I didn't double cleanse. Even after using just the cleansing water and rinsing with water, my skin would turn red the next day, accompanied by itchiness and occasional breakouts. After using this cleansing water and rinsing with water, I can feel a slippery sensation as the residue is washed away, so just cleansing water and water rinsing alone doesn't leave me feeling refreshed. Moreover, my skin becomes sensitized the next day, and as mentioned, it can lead to breakouts. [Eye Irritation] When the cotton pad soaked in the product gets into my eyes, it stings terribly and makes my eyes water. I have to be very careful when removing eye makeup, and I always need to rinse with artificial tears to relieve the discomfort.

The container was also pretty, so I kept it in the bathroom and it was cute and nice.
ConsSince I had to keep wiping it off, my face got irritated and turned red and itchy. Also, it had some kind of buttery smell that I didn't like.
