Wow, the price is affordable, the capacity is large, and it even washes off well. With these features, I have nothing more to say. As a student who uses makeup, I strongly recommend this product since it washes off so well.

But when doing facial cleansing, if it accidentally touches your tongue, it really stings. I'm not sure if all cleansing waters are like this, but I was surprised when I tried the cleansing water after only using cleansing oil. Pros
Despite its strong cleansing power, it does not sting the eyes or cause the face to turn red, so I was satisfied using this cleansing water. It removes even heavy eye makeup in one go and also cleans the base well. There is absolutely no stickiness. I have not experienced any breakouts while using it.

Pros
It's not too stimulating and has decent cleansing power. It takes about 4-5 cotton pads to remove over 80% of the makeup. It also removes makeup quite well even after powder application. The lack of fragrance is nice, and it doesn't leave my skin feeling too dry after removal. The moisture is maintained and it doesn't evaporate quickly. I can even go about my activities without applying anything! For dewy foundation, I use about 4 pads, and for matte foundation, about 6 pads. The price is also affordable, so I can use it without much burden.
Cons
The ingredients are a bit disappointing. There are some PEG compounds, which many prefer to avoid. But there are plenty of options without those. The cleansing power also isn't perfect, so double cleansing is a must!
Tip

Compared to cleansing oils, the cleansing power is not significantly inferior. It thoroughly removes makeup, from foundation to eyeshadow, lipstick, and eyeliner. For mascara (particularly L'Oreal), I just need to place a cotton pad on my eyes and it comes off easily. [Moisturizing] I was worried the cleansing water would be drying, but it actually left my skin feeling moisturized as I cleansed. There was no oiliness or tightness, which I really appreciated. [Price and Volume] Honestly, I tend to use more cleansing water than cleansing oil, and each cleansing requires a relatively large amount. But the affordable price means I can use it without burden. The generous volume for the price point means I can use it for a long time without worrying about running out.

I love this so much! I also bought it after watching YouTube, and it really wipes off well. I'm on my second bottle now, and it removes my base makeup and lipstick really well. It's truly great, and the price is reasonable too.
Cons
When this gets in my eyes, it stings a bit. Among other cleansing waters, some are stinging and some are not, but this one is a bit more stinging.

It's so gentle and nice I was so tired from working late the night before and working on the weekend that I just plopped down and dozed off, and then in the early morning I quickly wrote this down and went back to sleep. When I woke up and looked, my skin was sparkling without any trouble. Thanks to the moisturizing finish, I didn't even need to use a toner. I imagine any cleansing water would be the same, but it's the best when you're in a hurry or feeling lazy. The cleansing power is decent enough to remove all the pearl particles. I can just swipe it over my makeup, foundation, brow mascara, and it all comes off on the cotton pad. I've already gone through two bottles and plan to keep using it haha

It can be cleansed in a neat and convenient way. It is not sticky or heavy. The cleansing power is also quite good, so eye makeup and the like are easily removed.
