After applying it, it feels a bit more moisturized. It's dry, so it lacks a glossy look. I'm not sure about the lasting power. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 4, 2016
The fixer definitely works. I've tried various fixers before, and I don't like having to retouch my makeup, but this fixer was the best in terms of performance. While the fixer does its job, it's incredibly drying. That's a fact. It's just too dry. Even if you use moisturizing products, it still feels dry. It's maddening. And after applying your makeup, if you spray it on, your makeup will end up all wiped off and you'll have to redo it. Don't spray it on after doing your makeup. Apply it while you're doing your makeup. I mix it with my concealer and use it that way. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMay 21, 2015
There were no good points. It feels like spraying water. It's a pity to throw it away, so I use it as a substitute for water when cleaning my makeup tools. I still regret why I bought it. First of all, 1. After spraying, it becomes extremely dry. It actually dries me out. Spraying it just makes it drier. As a result, my makeup melts away by the end of the day. 2. For some reason, my face feels irritated when I only use this. 3. There's no fixing effect or dewy effect at all. It's just the same as spraying water from the iron spray bottle that my mom uses. This isn't just a problem with the Aritaum fixer, the Bobbi Brown or Makeup Forever fixers seem similar too. I've never seen any effects from these mist fixers. I definitely won't be buying this again. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMay 14, 2015
I used to use Dr. Jart+ Silver Label, but it was too oily, so I switched to Estee Lauder, and the lasting power is great and seems worth the price. I don't recommend it for very dry skin, but I'll keep using it. Other than being too dry, there's nothing wrong with it. If you have dry skin, you should use it mixed with oil. I use a brush or my hands to apply it.
