I bought it because it was so moisturizing when applied! I bought it in a hurry and couldn't really see the color properly, but it seems to be fine! It's a water tint, but it's like a stick, so it's easy to apply. The staying power is great!! Even if you wipe it off with a tissue, the pink color remains!! It's just the right amount to apply for a lively look, and while the base is purple, it's a pretty pink when applied lightly. I don't know if it's just me, but the edges around my lips keep forming a border when I apply it... So I always have to smooth it out with my fingers. And it's drying. I always carry lip balm with me in all seasons, so I didn't feel any discomfort, but those who don't might find it uncomfortable. Since it's a water tint, it also emphasizes the flakiness. The pigmentation is great!! The staying power is also great! When my lips look lifeless, I want to apply it naturally, and this tint is the best for a light application!! That's why I use it a lot at school..hehe. After an accident, I tried it out and it was so moisturizing that I smeared it on my classmates' hands haha. Isn't it moisturizing?? I lost it last year and was so sad, but now I've bought it again and I'm using it well!! ♥ The color is a slightly pinkish lip? I'm not sure how to describe it..but it's a color I really love! It was really good ㅋㅋ Of course it would be dry if you just use it alone. If you apply a balm like Kiehl's that's a little glossy, it's really pretty. The application is smooth and silky, and I really like it. The scent is also nice, and the lasting power is good. At first, it might feel like just water when applied, but it's incredibly moisturizing and the product color is quite nice too. It looks especially pretty when applied with other shades. It applies smoothly like a water tint and doesn't blotch because it's not a liquid, so that's good. The color is so pretty, and the pigmentation is great, so just one application gives you a beautiful color payoff. The longevity is also pretty good, so you don't need to reapply often. If you drop it, it seems like the container would shatter... I dropped it once and the bottom part that rotates and the tint part separated. If you apply a lip balm first and let it absorb a bit, then apply this, it becomes even more hydrating and the color payoff is better.

It applies well and has good color payoff. The scent is also nice. The longevity seems adequate. The problem is that it's a bit difficult to cleanse, and it tends to accentuate lip flakiness. The packaging looks a bit tacky! Be sure to exfoliate before using.
