An excellent product for instantly replenishing moisture when your skin feels parched After using this, painful red blemishes suddenly covered my entire face. I searched online and was horrified to find out it contains acne-triggering ingredients. I immediately threw it away. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinApr 4, 2020
As someone with very dry skin, I found this product really helpful. It reduced the feeling of tightness and left my skin feeling nicely hydrated. At first, it has a slightly tacky texture that clings to your face, so it might take some getting used to if you're a first-time user! - Hwahae UserDry SkinFeb 17, 2020
The liquid texture feels a bit slippery, which might be off-putting, but it's great for hydration The liquid has a smooth, slick feel that's different from other toners, so you might need some time to get used to it - Hwahae UserCombination SkinDec 28, 2019
I chose this emulsion for a light layer after my sheet mask, and I'm really enjoying it. It's not too heavy, and it absorbs well when I pat it in after my mask routine. The only thing to note is that it evaporates quickly like a toner, so you need to apply it swiftly. While it's deeply hydrating, it's not quite enough on its own for my evening routine, so I follow up with a cream quickly. Unfortunately, this product is causing blemishes for me. I don't have sensitive skin and can usually use most cosmetics without issues, but I'm getting occasional forehead breakouts even when I'm not on my period. I'm using it up because I bought it during a buy-one-get-one-free promotion before the boycott, but since it's a Japanese product, I won't be purchasing it again. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 2, 2019
This moisturizer alone provides ample hydration and absorbs quickly, allowing for a lightweight application that's perfect for on-the-go use! In the mornings, I just slap this on and I'm good to go! There really wasn't anything to complain about! Oh, well, maybe it's a bit tricky to control the amount you dispense... - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinOct 16, 2019
It leaves a slight sticky feeling, but true to its name as a high-moisture product, it provided excellent hydration. This doesn't seem suitable for summer use. As someone with oily skin, I found it caused blemishes when used during hot weather. - Hwahae UserOily SkinOct 9, 2019
It absorbs beautifully and feels exceptionally hydrating on the skin While the texture is thin, some might not like how it leaves a thick residue on the skin after drying - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinSep 18, 2019
For those with dry skin, Hada Labo is truly exceptional. While it has a slightly slippery texture that might make you feel like you need to pat it in for absorption, even a tiny amount significantly reduces dryness. The characteristic slipperiness of Hada Labo products can be uncomfortable. Unless you have extremely dry skin, it might be inconvenient to use with other creams. When your skin is really parched, applying just a single drop before foundation works wonders for makeup application. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 15, 2019
Texture: Runny, like a nasal discharge Application: Glides on smoothly Makeup compatibility: Moderate Firstly, the texture is incredibly slippery. It applies with a smooth glide, and being a high-moisture product, a little goes a long way - you can cover your entire face with just a small amount, which is a definite plus. In terms of value for money, it's really excellent. The texture is similar to Japanese skincare products known for their high hyaluronic acid content. For example, it's comparable to Hada Labo. As for makeup, it works well with light coverage like BB creams. However, keep in mind that it might not absorb well on humid days. Hydration: Moderate For a product marketed as highly moisturizing, the skin absorption wasn't great. I'm currently in my second month of use. During the first two weeks, my skin felt quite tight after application. Now, perhaps because my skin has adapted, the tightness has reduced. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAtopy SkinAug 30, 2019
I started using Hada Labo after seeing their ads constantly during my military service. I have to say, its hydration power is impressive. Even when stationed at a coastal base with salty sea breezes drying out my face, this product kept my skin moisturized. The downside was that it kept causing blemishes to appear. It just didn't agree with my skin, which was quite stressful.
