Bbia Last Auto Gel Eyeliner 40 Angel Every time I see YouTuber Yang Pang, I wonder how her aegyo-sal (under-eye puffiness) can be so adorably plump. I was really curious about her makeup technique! So, I did some digging and found Yang Pang's makeup tutorial video. When she applied this product, her aegyo-sal really popped! I immediately rushed to Lohb's to grab one. Being an eyeliner, it has great staying power. The shimmer doesn't fall out and sets well. It applies smoothly without getting on your hands, which is fantastic. - Makes your face look full of charm - Creates the essence of plump, adorable aegyo-sal - Has a sharpener at the end, so you can always keep it pointed for precise application! - If you apply too much, it can clump badly and become difficult to fix. Everything in moderation! - I'm not sure if using this alone will dramatically enhance your aegyo-sal, but if you add some shadow underneath with an eyebrow pencil, your eyes will look absolutely adorable. Smile while drawing the 'shadow' under your eyes with a brow pencil, then add some shimmer on top. The color is beautiful and it's great for precise application! The staying power is impressive! It's difficult to apply... It's almost painful when trying to use it on the aegyo sal (under-eye area). It doesn't blend well and tends to clump. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJun 7, 2018
The swatch at the bottom is a single stroke, while the top one is layered multiple times. Since it's been used for a while, it's slightly hardened, resulting in a less smooth application. The base color is a slightly pink-tinted ivory, but due to the white pearl, it appears more white when applied. When swatched on the back of my hand, I thought the white tone might be too strong and float on the skin, but it actually looks quite natural. Even those without aegyo-sal (under-eye puffiness) can create a natural, voluminous look. It applies smoothly and the color payoff is good. The staying power is excellent, and it doesn't easily rub off even with vigorous rubbing. So, unless you intentionally touch it, it easily lasts over 12 hours. Being waterproof, it doesn't come off easily when wet. The auto-type pencil format makes it convenient to use on the aegyo-sal area, which is probably its biggest advantage. Since it's a white pearl with a cool undertone, it doesn't pair well with warm-toned makeup. After a long time, it may slightly crease along eye wrinkles. Also, as the pencil starts to harden, the color application becomes a bit patchy, so it's best to use it as quickly as possible after opening. As it's water-resistant, it won't come off with just cleansing water. It's better to remove it with a lip and eye remover or an oil-based cleansing product. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinFeb 22, 2018
I was looking for a product with shimmer for my under-eye area and aegyo sal, and I stumbled upon this gem! While I wasn't initially keen on buying BBIA eyeliner due to friends saying it smudges easily, I decided to give it a try since it was only 4,000 won. Surprisingly, it has decent staying power! After purchasing, I noticed that longevity and smudging seem to vary by shade. The shimmery ones are harder to remove even with cleansing water, while the non-shimmer shades come off more easily. This is just my observation though! I've only used it for two days, but I'm already in love and have no regrets. It's so pretty that I'd definitely repurchase when I run out. The packaging is simple yet elegant, which I appreciate. As for the product itself, the shimmer is ethereal, and the color is a subtle mix of peach and pink. It's not overpowering, just a soft, beautiful glow. Absolutely stunning! If I had to point out a downside, there's a slight tendency for it to clump, and it doesn't apply smoothly in one stroke. I found myself having to go over it multiple times. These minor issues are why I gave it 4 stars, but overall, the other features are quite good! While this product is called an eyeliner, it works better as a glitter or aegyo sal highlighter. It looks gorgeous when applied under the eyes, creating a subtle sparkle that's not too intense. I plan to repurchase, but even if others don't feel the need to buy it again, I'd still recommend trying it at least once! - Hwahae UserNormal SkinMar 15, 2016
The Pia Ara eyeliners are very useful and pretty in various colors. They also have good staying power. They dry up too quickly. Even though I carefully manage the caps, they harden quickly, making it difficult to apply the color evenly on my eyes. So, to be honest, I don't really want to buy them again. I couldn't use them for long. It's like buying the whole Eyeliner Line set was a waste. There's also a bit of a clumping feeling when applying them.
