Bbia Last Auto Gel Eyeliner 40 Angel Every time I see YouTuber Yang Pang, I wonder how her aegyo-sal (under-eye puffiness) can be so adorably plump. I was really curious about her makeup technique! So, I did some digging and found Yang Pang's makeup tutorial video. When she applied this product, her aegyo-sal really popped! I immediately rushed to Lohb's to grab one. Being an eyeliner, it has great staying power. The shimmer doesn't fall out and sets well. It applies smoothly without getting on your hands, which is fantastic. - Makes your face look full of charm - Creates the essence of plump, adorable aegyo-sal - Has a sharpener at the end, so you can always keep it pointed for precise application! - If you apply too much, it can clump badly and become difficult to fix. Everything in moderation! - I'm not sure if using this alone will dramatically enhance your aegyo-sal, but if you add some shadow underneath with an eyebrow pencil, your eyes will look absolutely adorable. Smile while drawing the 'shadow' under your eyes with a brow pencil, then add some shimmer on top. The color is beautiful and the shimmer is not overwhelming, making it a lovely product to use. The quality of the product itself is so good that it makes me wonder why it's priced so affordably. I'm not sure if it's just me, but as soon as I bought it, the product broke and fell apart. Despite that, I repurchased it because the color is so beautiful. Handle it with care! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 7, 2019
1. The shimmer isn't overpowering, allowing for a natural highlight effect. 2. It comes with a built-in sharpener, making it convenient to sharpen when it gets messy. 3. The price is budget-friendly. 1. The staying power is disappointing. Even with a fixer spray, it always fades away after a few hours. 2. Like other BBIA gel eyeliner products, it doesn't last long. It tends to dry out before you can use it all up. It complemented pink-toned makeup looks particularly well. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 18, 2018
The packaging was really pretty. The color was a lovely pink pearl. The staying power is impressive too. Those who aren't fans of too much shimmer might not be into this. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJun 7, 2018
The swatch at the bottom is a single stroke, while the top one is layered multiple times. Since it's been used for a while, it's slightly hardened, resulting in a less smooth application. The base color is a slightly pink-tinted ivory, but due to the white pearl, it appears more white when applied. When swatched on the back of my hand, I thought the white tone might be too strong and float on the skin, but it actually looks quite natural. Even those without aegyo-sal (under-eye puffiness) can create a natural, voluminous look. It applies smoothly and the color payoff is good. The staying power is excellent, and it doesn't easily rub off even with vigorous rubbing. So, unless you intentionally touch it, it easily lasts over 12 hours. Being waterproof, it doesn't come off easily when wet. The auto-type pencil format makes it convenient to use on the aegyo-sal area, which is probably its biggest advantage. Since it's a white pearl with a cool undertone, it doesn't pair well with warm-toned makeup. After a long time, it may slightly crease along eye wrinkles. Also, as the pencil starts to harden, the color application becomes a bit patchy, so it's best to use it as quickly as possible after opening. As it's water-resistant, it won't come off with just cleansing water. It's better to remove it with a lip and eye remover or an oil-based cleansing product. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 30, 2018
I'm on my 5th tube of this product! It's both a pro and a con, which I'll explain in detail in the drawbacks section. When it comes to aegyo sal makeup, I believe the key is having just the right amount of shimmer for a natural look. I've tried many products, but this one stands out with its pink champagne color, finely milled pearls, and long-lasting formula. The shimmer isn't robotic or overly glittery, making it incredibly natural-looking. You can layer it multiple times without it becoming overwhelming! I often use it alone, but when I want a more intense look, I'll top it with a pearl pigment - it's absolutely stunning! It works beautifully both on its own and in combination with other products. Despite being on my 5th tube, there's one major drawback - this product tends to solidify quickly. Even with the cap tightly closed, it becomes stiff over time. It starts out smooth and easy to apply, but after about a month, it hardens and becomes difficult to use. That's why I keep repurchasing it every time it gets too hard to apply - hence the 5 tubes! Of course, I continue to buy it because the product quality is excellent, and I haven't found anything better that meets my needs. The price isn't too high, which makes it satisfying to repurchase. This product paired with Holika Holika Stella Dust is an absolute dream team! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJan 9, 2018
The color is nice. It's a subtle pink, and even with lots of shimmer, it looks natural. When applied to the aegyo sal (under-eye area), it's delicate. It's really pretty. As soon as I bought it, the tip fell off when I opened the cap. It breaks way too easily. Compared to other BBIA eyeliners, the Angel shade doesn't apply as smoothly. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinOct 22, 2017
The pearl particles are not too large and the formula is soft, so when applied to the apples of the cheeks, it sparkles naturally and looks pretty. The pencil-type format is good for using as a highlighter on small areas like the cupid's bow and the tip of the nose, and the natural pink color doesn't stand out too much from the skin tone. It's so pretty, but the longevity... it wears off quickly. It seems to be especially weak against oil. In the afternoon when oil starts coming through, it all wears off so quickly 😢 and just leaves a messy trace of pearl under the eyes. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinOct 5, 2017
The Piaa eyeliner is my absolute favorite among the 5 siblings! It has a beautiful pink pearl, applies smoothly, and is easy to control like eyeshadow. As a pencil, it's also great for beginners to create cute aegyo-sal (puppy eyes)!! It's affordable, has great product quality (smooth application, waterproof), and the color is so pretty. If there was an offline roadshop, I'd probably already be a VIP there. However, the durability is a fatal flaw. I had to do some makeup outside and put it in my pouch, but 3 out of the 5 were completely ruined on that one outing... That's almost 10,000 won down the drain?! My favorite aegyo-sal eyeliner is among those that broke, and even the 2 that were fine started rattling around... Every time I use it... This is why I won't be repurchasing, and I won't be recommending it to those around me either.
