To be honest, it's just okay. The effects aren't as impressive as I'd hoped. But then again, I've rarely seen any product actually improve my acne, so that might be why. +Edit 20.4.17: I think I might have been using this incorrectly... When I mixed a drop with my modeling mask or emulsion, I noticed a significant reduction in my small bumps. I'd recommend mixing it with your toner rather than applying it with a cotton swab. Using a cotton swab tends to make you apply too much.
ConsHmm, after applying it, the area around my blemishes started to swell... (+Edit: This was actually a burn from applying too much. Everyone, please don't apply too much!)
TipMake sure to mix it with your emulsion!

Unfortunately, it didn't work for me at all. I can't think of a single good thing to say about it, sadly.
ConsI've never had such a bad reaction to a product before, even when using cosmetics that didn't suit me. At first, it seemed fine, but after a few days, huge, red, pus-filled blemishes started appearing one by one. Initially, I thought it was normal since I occasionally get one or two pimples, but then they started popping up everywhere I applied the product - forehead, chin, cheeks, and even near my eyes! After about a week, when it became clear the breakouts were getting worse, I immediately tossed it in the trash.
TipI had used my sister's tea tree product before without issues, so I quickly bought this one before a trip. Unfortunately, it just doesn't agree with my skin.

Ingredients Aromatica truly lives up to its reputation for quality ingredients. With 20% tea tree oil and 33% tea tree leaf extract, it's effective without being too harsh on the skin. Excellent formulation! 2. Blemish-calming effect I found it particularly effective for inflamed acne rather than small bumps. While it doesn't work overnight miracles, applying it morning and night showed significant improvement in 2-3 days.
ConsThere weren't any major downsides, but if I'm being picky, applying it too generously over a wide area can actually lead to small bumps appearing. It's crucial to use it only on specific problem areas.
TipWhen using this spot treatment, I apply it with the included cotton swab. This isn't just a random addition - compared to regular cotton swabs, it's more compact and firm. This means it absorbs less product, allowing for more precise application. I highly recommend using the provided applicator for best results.

While different types of blemishes may respond differently, for my aging skin that's prone to sudden, itchy, deep-seated bumps that can't be squeezed or don't come to a head, this product works wonders. When applied, it significantly reduces swelling and calms the skin by the next day. It's truly outstanding.
ConsThe air-infused dropper bottle can be tricky to dispense from. Also, it tends to be a bit irritating. I unknowingly applied it near my delicate eye area once and it stung quite badly. It's best to avoid using it around the eyes.
TipFor better application, tilt the bottle and wait for the liquid to come out. It's more effective to let it drop onto your hand and then dab it on with your finger. Using a cotton swab doesn't give the same satisfying application feel.

At first, I wasn't sure, but after using it for a week or two, I really felt the effects.
ConsI'm not sure if it's because I have dry skin, but I applied it once under my eyes where I had some blemishes. After that, the area where I applied it became more sensitive and developed dead skin cells.

I guess it dries out areas where I had blemishes?
ConsThe tea tree scent is overwhelmingly strong... Even if I could overlook the fragrance, it completely irritated my skin after using it. I threw it away before even using half the bottle. If you're considering trying it, I strongly advise against it for those with super sensitive skin.

It quickly brings smaller spots to a head or calms down inflamed ones.
ConsControlling the amount is crucial. Otherwise, you might end up with mild burns, redness, and peeling skin.
TipDon't use regular cotton swabs as they absorb too much product. Instead, use Olive Young's blackhead extractor tool with a black cotton swab tip. Insert the plastic part used for extracting into the bottle opening. This way, you can apply the oil efficiently and use every last drop.

As someone with blemish-prone skin, I've tried countless spot treatments, but this one is truly a game-changer. It's the only product that's given me dramatic results. I've used that pink spot treatment before - you know, the one with the yellow liquid and pink powder you apply with a cotton swab? It worked at first, but lost its effectiveness over time. Sidmool's zinc cream was hit or miss, sometimes soothing my skin and sometimes not. Avène's Cicalfate cream was just okay. But this? This has become my holy grail. I used to use The Body Shop's tea tree oil, which only irritated my skin with a burning sensation and didn't really help with calming. This product, however, isn't nearly as harsh. When I apply it at night, I wake up to noticeably reduced blemishes. While I can't speak to its effect on small bumps, it's been incredibly effective on inflamed, red spots.
ConsGiven that it's a spot treatment, it can be quite irritating if applied to larger areas. I mistook a larger blemish for a typical spot and applied it generously - only to wake up the next day with redness and swelling. Oops!
TipApply a small amount to blemishes using your ring finger or a cotton swab. If you're dealing with multiple breakouts, you can mix a drop into your emulsion for a more widespread application.

This made it easy to apply the right amount. When I applied it to my blemishes before bed, I noticed they had slightly reduced in size by morning.
ConsIt's labeled for soothing, so I used it after popping a blemish, but it stung terribly. Am I using it wrong? The product instructions seem a bit lacking...

These days, I apply it with clean hands. The scent can be a bit strong when I'm not feeling my best, but usually, it's fine for me (though my family says it smells like food waste - keep in mind that scent perception varies from person to person). I keep buying and using this because I have a feeling that my blemishes might get worse if I stop using it midway. Just in case, you know!
ConsI can't say I've noticed a dramatic improvement in my skin when using this, but I keep applying it hoping it's doing some good. More importantly, especially during times like now with pollen flying around, and in winter when my skin gets super sensitive, it stings and hurts right after application. Hmm... it seems to cause quite a bit of irritation.
TipIf your skin has become very sensitive but you still want to use this, try mixing a drop or two with your moisturizer or emulsion before applying.
