My super sensitive skin didn't have a negative reaction. 2. Usually, pimples tend to turn yellow if left alone, but with this product, they don't develop to the point of bursting.
ConsI've been using this product for over 6 months whenever I get blemishes, but I've never seen significant results. It claims to soothe, and while it certainly doesn't make things worse, it doesn't make emerging blemishes go away either. Eventually, I started thinking it might be better to just leave them alone until they can be extracted.

Then, after a perfect storm of swimming, protein bars, and my period, my face went haywire with severe inflammation. Someone mentioned tea tree was good, so I gave it a try and it was a game-changer. I highly recommend this for those dealing with inflammatory or pustular blemishes.
ConsIf you have super sensitive skin, be careful! It might sting more than you expect!
TipFor just a spot or two, I'd use a cotton swab. But when folliculitis or inflammation spread across my face, I'd soak a cotton pad with a gentle toner (I use Cynic Simple Toner) and spritz this Aromatica Tea Tree Oil on it generously. Then I'd gently exfoliate with a toner. This really helped calm things down. It leaves your face feeling warm, so I'd follow up with a soothing, hydrating serum and pat on 99% aloe vera gel. This helps reduce the burning sensation, keeps oil production in check, and works wonders!

But with just one bottle of this, I managed to keep my skin clear all summer! I'm so grateful that I'm now on my second bottle. I noticed on Hwahae that some ingredients might not be ideal, but it works so well for me that I plan to keep using it!
ConsThe only issue might be that the oil doesn't come out easily... Other than that, I can't think of any downsides!
TipThe instructions say to apply it with a cotton swab, but you need to drop it multiple times for the oil to soak in and feel like it's actually applying to your face. So instead, I wash my hands thoroughly and apply it using the bony part at the tip of my finger when I make a fist. I just dab it onto my face that way!

I bought this in a panic from Olive Young when my skin was in chaos. Following the instructions and using the included cotton swab with a small amount didn't seem to do much for me. Almost ready to give up, I thought 'what's the worst that could happen?' since my skin was already a mess and I was considering seeing a dermatologist. In a last-ditch effort, I cut tiny pieces of cotton pad (about 0.5cm) to match the size of my blemishes, soaked them thoroughly in the product, and left them on for about 10 minutes. The result was incredible! The blemishes visibly reduced and the redness significantly diminished! Although the bottle warns against using cotton pads soaked in the product, why is that? This method worked wonders for me. Remember, everyone's skin is different, so test it out carefully! Personally, this approach was the best for me. I'm going to give my skin a bit of a break and try another 10-minute treatment tomorrow!
ConsThere's not much to complain about except for the slightly inconvenient packaging, but even that is manageable.
TipI wonder why they advise against using cotton pads? It might be too harsh for normal skin without blemishes... Anyway, it worked great for me!

But when I use this, my blemishes calm down overnight!! It does have a slight burning sensation, but it feels refreshing and nice when applied before bed. I love that it comes with cotton swabs! I'm on my 5th bottle now.
ConsI'm on my 5th bottle and honestly, there's nothing I particularly dislike!! If you use it daily, you might feel like your skin is building up a tolerance...? When that happens, just take a break for a few days.
TipJust put about three drops on a cotton swab and dab it on! You can use it on your body too. It's probably best to prepare your own cotton swabs because even though it comes with some, you'll find they run out as you keep using the product.

Just to be safe, try applying a small amount on the inside of your wrist before use!
ConsThe fact that you have to apply it with your hands instead of a cotton swab...? But honestly, it wasn't a major inconvenience since I wash my face and hands thoroughly before application anyway!

I used to get really stressed about breakouts, especially before my period. I once had a bad reaction to a tea tree mask, which made me think tea tree products weren't for me. But when I saw this on sale at LRBL, I decided to give tea tree another shot. And wow, it turned out to be a perfect match for my skin! When I have blemishes, I dab it on before bed, and by morning, the redness has completely subsided. It's also effective when my skin feels itchy, which happens quite often. This product is practically my holy grail!
ConsThe quantity is too small, unfortunately. I apply it with a cotton swab, but the swab quickly absorbs the oil, so while I'm using only a little, it runs out fast. It's a bit inconvenient to apply with fingers. Also, the cap at the opening tends to leak tiny amounts, so I've just removed it and use it without the cap now.

My skin used to be quite good, but a couple of months ago, I suddenly started breaking out and my skin completely flipped. I began using this product about a month ago. While it doesn't prevent blemishes, when applied to newly forming spots, they disappear within 2-3 days! (Usually, once a spot appears, it would last at least a week, and some stubborn ones would stick around for two weeks.) I'm not shy about applying it generously, so even though I thought one bottle would last quite a while, I end up using it all in about two weeks! I'm now on my second bottle, and I'm finding it quite effective~
ConsIt's a bit disappointing that it doesn't have a preventative effect. Some people say they don't like the smell, but personally, I enjoy the tea tree scent, so it's fine for me!
TipI really don't hold back when applying it. After cleansing, I apply it once, then do a mask, follow with my skincare routine (up to moisturizer), and then apply the tea tree oil again.

Despite being an oil, it's amazing how it absorbs instantly without any stickiness, leaving a cool, refreshing finish. I'm also a big fan of Aromatica's signature scent. I'm on my second bottle now and I'm 200% sure I'll repurchase! I have super sensitive skin that's prone to blemishes, especially during that time of the month when my skin tends to act up more than usual. But when I apply this before bed, I wake up to find my blemishes have calmed down! Of course, it doesn't make them disappear completely - I guess if it did, dermatologists would be out of business!
ConsThe biggest disappointment is that the small opening makes it difficult to get the product onto a cotton swab. Apart from that, it's truly an excellent product!
TipWhile it's originally meant to be applied with a cotton swab, I found a workaround for the small opening issue. Instead of using a swab, I tap a bit of the product onto my hand and apply it that way. I've noticed that applying it with my hands actually helps the blemishes improve faster than when using a cotton swab. Just a heads up - it might make your skin feel a bit dry! Remember, dry skin can lead to dead skin cells blocking your pores, which can cause more blemishes. So make sure to follow up with plenty of hydration to keep your skin clear and beautiful!

Three months ago, my skin went haywire, and now I'm left with just scars. After using this for only two days, one of my scars disappeared... It's truly revolutionary! The included cotton swab applicator seems great too.
ConsThe amount is too small for the price. But since it works so well, I'm using it with satisfaction despite that.
TipInstead of dipping the cotton swab, let the product drip directly onto your skin and then gently swipe with the swab.
