  When applied to dry cheek areas, it definitely provides hydration. Using it before makeup reduces the appearance of dead skin cells.

  I received a medium-sized sample and used it for about two weeks. My combination dehydrated skin has been becoming drier, but this product doesn't seem to suit me.

  Cons

  It feels very greasy and oily. There's no hydration at all. When I used it in spring, I experienced deep dryness. It's too greasy to use in summer as well. I absolutely can't use it in the morning because it causes my makeup to pill. The only somewhat decent way to use it is to apply it generously at night, giving up on styling my bangs. Seeing how it's still greasy the next morning, the lasting power seems good.

  This product might be suitable for those with oily skin. Since it can cause makeup to pill, it's best to apply it at night.

  I bought this because I have extremely dry skin and heard it was gentle and great for hydration. Apparently, celebrities apply it generously before makeup, then wipe it off before applying cosmetics. It's gentle enough to use before bed, which I really like.

  Cons

  It's quite rich, so when I apply makeup over it, it pills like crazy! I don't think this would work well for those with oily skin.

  The size is enormous - if you only use it on your face, it might last a year! Since it's not really meant for the peak of summer, I'd recommend applying it to your body as well.

  Cons

  When I applied this and then put on my cushion foundation, the pilling was no joke. I thought my makeup was being erased! Because of that, I only use it at night, but when I wake up in the morning, my skin feels dry.

  Use it at night for best results.

  If you have oily skin, you might want to avoid this. Also, if you're applying it before makeup, be careful with the amount. Apply it little by little and spread it well. If you use too much, it can cause your makeup to pill.

  Pros

  I really liked that it comes in a tube! Although my skin isn't extremely dry, I bought the cream version. However, I felt it didn't absorb quickly.

  Cons

  They say you can use it before makeup, but I don't think that's true at all. It pills up completely. It takes quite a while to absorb.

  Tip

  I'm not sure about the hydration, but it feels very rich. That's why I mix it with rose oil when I use it.

  I'm currently using both the cream and balm versions! I apply the balm at night and the cream during the day. It's not a strict rule, but that's how I prefer to use them.

  Cons

  The balm type causes pilling no matter how you apply it. The cream, however, is great for those with dry skin!

  Tip

  With the cream type, if you apply it to specific areas, you get a lovely dewy effect. But be careful - if you apply it incorrectly, it can make your skin look overly shiny!

  It's too heavy. In spring and summer, it might be too rich and cause my makeup to pill.
