The subtle coconut scent makes it perfect for use anytime. As it's an oil, it does take a while to fully absorb. Applying a thin layer on your face once a week before bed leaves your skin incredibly soft the next morning. Mixing it with a body emulsion and applying to the skin has significantly improved my keratosis pilaris. The container is a bit inconvenient to open and close. Due to the cold weather, it solidifies, making it necessary to melt before use, which can be a hassle. After using a modeling mask, apply an emulsion followed by this oil instead of cream. The next day, your makeup will go on beautifully. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinMay 25, 2017
I heard good things about coconut oil, so I happened to find it at Olive Young and bought it~ My skin is very dry, so I applied it after showering, but the dead skin became even more visible. Even after using it several times, the dead skin is accentuated when I apply it; it hardens when the temperature drops and becomes oily when it's warm. I used it with brown sugar as a scrub when showering, and it worked quite well. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinAug 13, 2016
It seems to work well for me, as I've been using it on my body instead of hair essence. My skin was very dry and itchy, but after applying this, the itchiness is almost gone and my skin feels smooth and supple. When using it as a substitute for hair essence, you should only use a small amount. Using too much can make your hair not dry properly and become greasy. The packaging is also quite inconvenient - it's hard and can melt and solidify again, which is easier to deal with in the winter, but a bit inconvenient in the summer. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinFeb 22, 2016
At first, using oil makes it greasy. When massaging or rubbing, the skin shines. It's hard to remove. It's hardened, so it's stuck on my fingers. It's good. I use it together with the Physiogel cream. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinFeb 5, 2016
It becomes soft and moisturized when applied anywhere. As it is a natural product, it calmed and had no side effects when applied to dry and itchy skin. Since it was winter and the indoor temperature was low, I couldn't use it often as it kept hardening. The fact that it is in a solid form makes it potentially unsanitary when used, and the leakage on the side is inconvenient. If it hardens, just immerse the whole container in hot water for a moment, and it will melt right away.^^ - Hwahae UserDry SkinJan 21, 2016
This is really great~~ This oil is really helpful for dry skin. You can even apply it to your hair, so it has a high versatility. Massage it onto your face, and when you wake up the next day, it'll be like you're a fried egg! Makeup also applies really well💕 There's not much to dislike~ In the winter, it gets quite thick, so you have to put in a bit of effort to scoop it out and use it. If you apply it to your chapped lips, it's better than Vaseline~ (That's how it was for me) Also, if you apply it to your eyelashes, they'll feel even more supple? Haha, it really does the trick 😘 - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJan 3, 2016
At iHerb, it's around 6,000 won, but in Korea, it's 15,000 won! 😢 So when I order other things, I order it from iHerb at the same time. If you apply too much, it gets sticky and cracks, which is natural since it's an oil. Just scoop out an appropriate amount, melt it in your hands, and apply it to your hair. It won't cause any static electricity. Since it's natural, it gets solidified into a lump, but you can just cut off a piece, gently break it up, and melt it with your hands. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 11, 2015
It applies smoothly haha. My baby's cheeks were red and sensitive, but this calmed them down. It's good - gentle and mild. It seems to be because it's coconut oil, but it keeps getting hard. But since it's a natural oil, there's not much that can be done about it. It glides on nicely when applied to dry cheeks. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 22, 2015
I purchased it from iHerb, so the price is relatively affordable. After showering, if you apply it to your body while still damp, it absorbs quickly and feels so smooth!! Especially if you apply a small amount to your hair after drying, it makes your hair soft and calm. This is a product that can be used from head to toe!! Since it is pure coconut oil, it hardens when the temperature drops, making it inconvenient to use. But I love this product so much that I'm willing to put up with the inconvenience. It's also great to add a small amount when doing a face mask. Especially if you apply the coconut oil and then do a modeling pack while your skin is still damp or after using a mist, it really helps to replenish moisture!!
