Once you've finished applying, your face looks smooth - that's a big plus. It really enhances the appearance of your skin texture! The consistency is quite fluid, almost runny.
ConsWhile it does brighten up your complexion, I find that even the lightest shade 'Cream' is slightly lacking, so I always use a brightening moisturizer underneath. It does improve when blended out, but compared to Lancome's Teint Miracle P-tone, it has a noticeably yellower undertone. As someone who dislikes yellow tones, this was a bit of an issue for me. Also, after not using it for a few days, sometimes only water comes out, which is a bit unsettling.
TipWhen applied with fingers, it seems to provide good coverage and creates a beautiful skin finish.

It glides on smoothly in a thin layer, yet provides medium to high coverage. The best part? It creates a truly beautiful skin finish after application.
ConsThe longevity of this product is quite disappointing. While I don't mind some fading, it breaks down in a rather unflattering way. I tried using it with Laura Mercier primer underneath, hoping it would help, but it still deteriorated unattractively. Other combinations didn't work either, unfortunately. To make matters worse, it also leaves my skin feeling deeply dehydrated!

The shade matches well with my skin tone, giving a natural look.
ConsAfter using this, I got small blemishes. I kept using it hoping it would improve, but I had to give up. I just wasted my money on an expensive product.
TipI'm not sure about the ingredients, but if you have thin, dry, or super sensitive skin, make sure to patch test before using it regularly.

The coverage is decent, and the staying power is pretty good too. I'm enjoying it. It has a water-like fluid texture, but after application, it sets to a powdery finish that adheres well to the skin.
ConsWell... it's not moisturizing at all. Not recommended for dry skin. Even though I don't have wrinkles, because the product applies thinly, adheres closely, and becomes powdery, it tends to accentuate fine lines. After laughing heartily and looking in the mirror, surprise! Smile lines that weren't there before suddenly appear. It gives me a chance to laugh at myself once more.
TipApply thinly with a damp air puff... Hmm, but I haven't found any amazing tips worth strongly recommending to others yet. I'm actually curious about other people's tips. Whether it's Estée Lauder or this product, when I try to use them more moisturizing by mixing with oil or hydrating cream, the longevity drastically decreases and the foundation layer separates, ruining the skin finish. If anyone has good tips, please leave a comment.

Perfect for those who dislike heavy foundations.
ConsIt's more sheer than expected. The application is quite dependent on the tool used, and because it applies thinly, it feels like you're using up a lot of product.
TipIf you want to make it last longer due to its price point, try applying a high-coverage BB or CC cream with a puff first, then layer this on top. It should help you use less product.

It applies thinly and lightly, evening out the overall complexion for a natural, skin-like finish. Using your hands to apply gives the most natural result, even more so than other tools. It's a great formula that works well with any application method. This is the only foundation I'd repurchase - it's that good!
ConsThe downsides are the price, the yellowish undertone of the shades, and the rather inconvenient packaging.

The smooth skin finish is also quite appealing.
ConsI usually prefer the light coverage of Laura Mercier's Tinted Moisturizer, but after checking the ingredient analysis here, I noticed it contains some potentially harmful components. So recently, I've been using this instead of the tinted moisturizer daily. Perhaps because I'm applying it during this seasonal transition when my skin is particularly dry, it feels unusually dehydrating. I'm torn about what to use for my super sensitive skin.

It feels like a gentle touch on the skin.
ConsIt's best used when your skin is in good condition. It tends to be a bit drying, so it's better to mix it with other products rather than using it alone.

It applies incredibly thin, but you can build coverage where needed without feeling heavy. The ingredients are great, and the finish is slightly matte - perfect for oily skin without being too flat.
ConsThe main drawback is probably the coverage. While it's sufficient for hiding pores, those with blemishes will need to pair it with a concealer. I prefer using concealer for coverage and foundation for evening out skin texture, so this level of coverage works for me. If you need more, you might want to consider a full-coverage or long-wear option.
TipFor best results, dab concealer lightly on red areas or blemishes, apply this foundation, then set with NARS Reflecting Powder. This combo gives long-lasting wear and a soft-focus effect while maintaining a natural glow.

As it applies thinly, the coverage isn't particularly high. If you prefer a natural makeup look, this is a good choice.
ConsFor someone with a skin tone that matches shade 22 perfectly, using Vanilla just looks like my natural skin. It's disappointing that it doesn't give a brightening effect, and the staying power is also somewhat lacking. The longevity is just average!
TipBeing a liquid formula, I found it's better to apply with your hands rather than a sponge. It spreads evenly in a nice, medium layer.
