First off, it applies lightly and thinly, but when layered, it offers excellent coverage. Once you've finished applying, your face looks smooth - that's a big plus. It really enhances the appearance of your skin texture! The consistency is quite fluid, almost runny. While it does brighten up your complexion, I find that even the lightest shade 'Cream' is slightly lacking, so I always use a brightening moisturizer underneath. It does improve when blended out, but compared to Lancome's Teint Miracle P-tone, it has a noticeably yellower undertone. As someone who dislikes yellow tones, this was a bit of an issue for me. Also, after not using it for a few days, sometimes only water comes out, which is a bit unsettling. When applied with fingers, it seems to provide good coverage and creates a beautiful skin finish. - ma****Dry SkinSensitive SkinFeb 24, 2017
I had barely used this product and left it sitting around. Today, I decided to apply it because I felt it was a waste not to use it. Suddenly, my face started burning up. Oh, my face hurts. Should I throw it away? It's such a waste of money though. When I applied it, it felt like it spread nicely... The color is too dark. Even though it's supposed to be the lightest shade, it's still dark... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJun 22, 2016
The yellow-beige color is absolutely gorgeous, and it's so lightweight. It glides on smoothly in a thin layer, yet provides medium to high coverage. The best part? It creates a truly beautiful skin finish after application. The longevity of this product is quite disappointing. While I don't mind some fading, it breaks down in a rather unflattering way. I tried using it with Laura Mercier primer underneath, hoping it would help, but it still deteriorated unattractively. Other combinations didn't work either, unfortunately. To make matters worse, it also leaves my skin feeling deeply dehydrated! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMay 29, 2016
It provides light coverage and leaves your skin feeling soft and velvety. The shade matches well with my skin tone, giving a natural look. After using this, I got small blemishes. I kept using it hoping it would improve, but I had to give up. I just wasted my money on an expensive product. I'm not sure about the ingredients, but if you have thin, dry, or super sensitive skin, make sure to patch test before using it regularly. - mu*******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMay 25, 2016
I've been using Estée Lauder before, but I like how this applies more lightly compared to Estée. The coverage is decent, and the staying power is pretty good too. I'm enjoying it. It has a water-like fluid texture, but after application, it sets to a powdery finish that adheres well to the skin. Well... it's not moisturizing at all. Not recommended for dry skin. Even though I don't have wrinkles, because the product applies thinly, adheres closely, and becomes powdery, it tends to accentuate fine lines. After laughing heartily and looking in the mirror, surprise! Smile lines that weren't there before suddenly appear. It gives me a chance to laugh at myself once more. Apply thinly with a damp air puff... Hmm, but I haven't found any amazing tips worth strongly recommending to others yet. I'm actually curious about other people's tips. Whether it's Estée Lauder or this product, when I try to use them more moisturizing by mixing with oil or hydrating cream, the longevity drastically decreases and the foundation layer separates, ruining the skin finish. If anyone has good tips, please leave a comment. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinMay 10, 2016
It seems to have a nice, lightweight feel with good adherence to the skin. Perfect for those who dislike heavy foundations. It's more sheer than expected. The application is quite dependent on the tool used, and because it applies thinly, it feels like you're using up a lot of product. If you want to make it last longer due to its price point, try applying a high-coverage BB or CC cream with a puff first, then layer this on top. It should help you use less product. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMar 9, 2016
The standout feature is undoubtedly how well it absorbs. It applies thinly and lightly, evening out the overall complexion for a natural, skin-like finish. Using your hands to apply gives the most natural result, even more so than other tools. It's a great formula that works well with any application method. This is the only foundation I'd repurchase - it's that good! The downsides are the price, the yellowish undertone of the shades, and the rather inconvenient packaging. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinFeb 27, 2016
I love how incredibly lightweight this feels when applied, with absolutely no heavy sensation. The smooth skin finish is also quite appealing. I usually prefer the light coverage of Laura Mercier's Tinted Moisturizer, but after checking the ingredient analysis here, I noticed it contains some potentially harmful components. So recently, I've been using this instead of the tinted moisturizer daily. Perhaps because I'm applying it during this seasonal transition when my skin is particularly dry, it feels unusually dehydrating. I'm torn about what to use for my super sensitive skin. - ah********Normal SkinFeb 23, 2016
It absorbs well in a thin layer, which I liked, though I had to apply twice for full coverage. It goes on smoothly and feels nice. The downside was its matte finish. As someone hoping for a more hydrating effect, I found this disappointing. However, the pros outweighed the cons, so I repurchased. - wo****Dry SkinAcne SkinNov 22, 2015
This foundation is absolutely perfect for summer use! It doesn't get greasy and while it's lightweight, it still provides great coverage (you can build it up for even more coverage). I tried it after a YouTuber highly recommended it, and it's become my holy grail foundation! For reference, I used the cashew color - I have a darker skin tone. Due to some questionable ingredients, I only use it occasionally. I've switched to a different foundation for regular use, but I still reach for this one when I'm in a hurry. If you're aiming for a matte complexion, be careful not to use heavy skincare products as they can diminish the matte effect. For best results, just apply a light emulsion followed by a matte primer - it works like a charm!
