  Pros

  The yellow-beige color is absolutely gorgeous, and it's so lightweight. It glides on smoothly in a thin layer, yet provides medium to high coverage. The best part? It creates a truly beautiful skin finish after application.

  Cons

  The longevity of this product is quite disappointing. While I don't mind some fading, it breaks down in a rather unflattering way. I tried using it with Laura Mercier primer underneath, hoping it would help, but it still deteriorated unattractively. Other combinations didn't work either, unfortunately. To make matters worse, it also leaves my skin feeling deeply dehydrated!

  Pros

  I tried a sample and liked it so much that I bought the full size in a shade that matches my skin. I used to use RMK foundation and struggled to find a replacement, but this one is quite satisfying. While its pore coverage and graceful wear might not quite match RMK, its adherence and ability to even out skin texture are far superior to other popular foundations I've tried during my search. As someone with super sensitive skin, it's been challenging to find a foundation that works, but this one feels gentle and doesn't irritate my skin. Interestingly, even though the vanilla sample I received was darker than my neck, it still looked beautiful on my skin. I used it without feeling dull at all. You don't necessarily need to insist on a very light shade. This foundation seems great for those who prefer a lightweight formula that focuses on evening out the complexion.

  Cons

  Those looking for heavy coverage might find this foundation lacking. It can feel a bit powdery in the morning, but interestingly, as it mixes with your skin's natural oils throughout the day, it actually makes your skin look better when other makeup might typically start to break down.

  Tip

  I'm not sure if it's just me, but I found that applying this foundation by patting it in thoroughly with my hands gave the best skin finish and adherence. It's such a thin formula that using tools like air cushions might result in the sponge absorbing too much product.

  Pros

  It applies thinly, feels like my own skin, and boasts excellent coverage.

  Cons

  It's highly dependent on the application tool. Before it was listed on Hwahae, I couldn't find the full ingredient list, so I bought it blindly. Using this alone causes a lot of blemishes to appear. Also, it breaks down terribly on areas with sebum around the nose. Absolutely not recommended for those with dry skin. The price is also wicked.

  Tip

  For the best skin finish, shake it well, take out the amount you need, then either mix in a drop of oil or lightly apply some mist or toner to your sponge or brush before applying.
