I purchased this product hastily at the airport 4 years ago, as I have sensitive, dry skin and just wanted something that wouldn't cause any breakouts. I've been using it ever since.
I dislike anything sticky, but this product has no stickiness at all and leaves a silky, smooth finish.

I didn't know what skin troubles were until I started wearing a mask, and that's when my skin troubles began. Recently, a few bumps have started popping up on my skin again, but luckily I received Kiehl's moisturizer and essence samples to try, and my skin definitely calmed down! I applied it and didn't get any new troubles at all~

✔️Absorption: The absorption is great! It's very lightweight and doesn't feel heavy or greasy on the skin after application.

✔️Texture: As a dry-skinned person, I dislike sticky textures in night care products, but this one isn't sticky at all. It has a silky texture, so after applying it, my skin feels soft and smooth rather than just moisturized.

The price is disappointing given the product volume. While they do offer larger sizes occasionally, the regular purchase size is not quite enough, which is a shame.

This has been my go-to product after searching for a hydrating essence due to its ability to address dryness. I'm very satisfied as it immediately resolves my dryness upon application.

The price-to-volume ratio is too outrageous. Kiehl's is still the best.

I usually used the affordable but quite decent serum from Bioderma as I didn't like oil-based serums. However, after trying the Kiehl's serum that was gifted to me, I was impressed by its excellent spreadability and ended up buying it again. ($60+tax/50ml)
The serum feels like a very thin layer, so I think it would be more comfortable to use on cooler days.

I'm not sure if it really had much effect on volume. It's supposed to be functional, but I'm not sure if it's actually functioning properly.

It applies slightly silkily and is moisturizing. When used alone, the moisture level may not be fully satisfied, but in the winter, I noticed a difference in whether I used it or not. I have sensitive skin, and I've been using a new bottle that I just bought, and so far there have been no issues.

The absorption is so fast that it ends up a bit drying. Areas like the forehead that are already dry need to be reapplied immediately. I didn't feel any plumping effect at all. The price is way too high... It's not worth that much.

The product applies smoothly and silkily. It looks like a translucent moisturizing cream, but the texture is closer to a primer. It absorbs very quickly, which is not bad, but doesn't really make me want to repurchase it. Just so-so.
