  First off, it's incredibly soft. It truly melts upon contact with your skin, making it absorb beautifully. It's also exceptionally hydrating.

  Cons

  The peppermint scent is milder than expected. Compared to Burt's Bees mint flavor, Dr. Bronner's seems a bit subtler. The fragrance preference might vary from person to person, so it's best to choose based on individual taste.

  Tip

  When you apply this peppermint lip balm and put on a mask, you get a temporary sensation of cleared sinuses.

  Pros

  First off, I love that it has great ingredients and is an organic product. The peppermint scent is refreshingly cool, and it applies with a nice moisturizing feel.

  Cons

  The texture is quite soft, and due to this characteristic, you have to use up all the product you've scooped out. It's a bit tricky to push the product back in. Other than that, I can't really think of any downsides.

  I appreciate that the ingredients are gentle on the skin. While the texture is a bit soft, once applied it feels nicely moisturizing and provides decent hydration.

  Cons

  The soft texture can be problematic - sometimes the product arrives melted after shipping. It tends to apply too thickly and feels slippery, leaving an uncomfortable sensation. The application is really subpar. Opening it isn't smooth, and the packaging looks cheap. While it's affordable overseas, it seems overpriced here. It's only really suitable for casual use at home.

  I was most impressed by the gentle ingredients. The lip balm has a smooth application without being sticky, feeling fresh yet moisturizing. It's exactly the kind of lip balm I've been looking for.

  The initial packaging seal is quite difficult to open. It would be great if you could make it easier to remove cleanly.
