The cleansing effectiveness is great! After rinsing, my hair doesn't get greasy the next day - it's amazing how non-greasy it stays. It lathers well and feels refreshing. In my opinion, it's reasonably priced, and there are often sales too! I thought it would suit me well since I used the conditioner first, but after using this... While my scalp was fine, my face broke out. I have super sensitive skin, so it's sad... I'll have to throw it away again... It lathers up well even with a small amount - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 2, 2019
For those looking for a refreshing summer shampoo, I highly recommend this one. Both the scent and feel have a slight cooling effect, making for an invigorating wash. It lathers up quite well for a hair loss prevention shampoo. I have very fine hair and an oily scalp that requires daily washing. Usually, my scalp gets greasy just hours after washing, but this shampoo really helps control oil production. It cleanses thoroughly, leaving your scalp feeling squeaky clean. As someone with very long hair who uses a lot of shampoo, I find the volume a bit small for the price. Also, while it's great at cleansing, using just the shampoo alone can leave your hair feeling a bit stiff. I suggest using the scalp treatment from the same line. For best results, leave the shampoo on for about two minutes before rinsing - your scalp will feel incredibly clean and refreshed. Pro tip: Look out for sales on this line at Aritaum mall for the best deals! - ke****Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJul 2, 2019
After rinsing and drying my hair as usual with a hairdryer, I noticed that my hair felt softer than when I used my previous shampoo. It wasn't just a subtle difference - I could definitely feel it when I touched my hair. It seems to lather less than regular shampoos. While it's true that the amount of lather doesn't necessarily correlate with cleansing effectiveness, if you enjoy a rich, foamy lather, you might find this a bit disappointing. Also, the herbal-based fragrance is quite distinctive. - sw******Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 19, 2019
When summer hits, my oily scalp gets worse. If I don't use the right shampoo and take care of it, I end up with scalp blemishes that spread to my forehead and face. So, while it might not be the best for my hair texture, I always opt for oily scalp shampoos for the sake of my scalp health! I used to use Happy Bath Mint Fresh all summer, but it was discontinued, so I've been looking for something similar. The ingredients in this one are quite alike. I was happy to find it, and since it's from the same Amore family, I bought it with confidence. Before this, I was using Fresh Pop Mojito Shampoo. It wasn't bad for summer use, but it had many ingredients I was wary of. I think this one has better ingredients overall. Menthol, alcohol, and citric acid are common in oily scalp shampoos, so I'm okay with that level. • The cleansing effectiveness is really good. It rinses out faster and more easily than any other oily scalp shampoo I've used 👍🏻 • Because it cleanses so well, my scalp feels refreshed and the oiliness takes longer to return, even for an oily scalp shampoo (I think it's because of the salicylic acid? That ingredient helps control sebum >.<) • Excluding dry/normal scalps, for a shampoo used by those with oily scalps, the level of hair dryness is quite acceptable. Just use a good conditioner or treatment! (It's better to manage your hair texture well than to have a dirty scalp!) • The amount of hair fall is similar to the Mint Fresh shampoo! • It lathers well too! I wonder when we'll see a summer shampoo that controls scalp oil without making hair feel dry and straw-like? I usually shampoo twice. To prevent my hair from becoming stiff, I use a small amount for the first wash, focusing on the hair close to the scalp. For the second wash, I lather up the scalp area thoroughly and massage with my fingertips! Don't forget to apply treatment to the ends of your hair - it's essential! - yo*****Oily SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 22, 2018
I've been using this shampoo for about a year now, after switching from the Ryo shampoo line. It's great for someone like me with a sensitive scalp who can't use just any shampoo! I was shocked when I looked at the ingredients! As a pregnant woman, I wanted to stop using it immediately, but I realized that most shampoos sold in stores don't have great ingredients. It's become a shampoo I use out of necessity. - cl******Dry SkinFeb 27, 2018
I stock up on this shampoo during sales. Even though my hair is damaged, my scalp tends to get oily. Using this keeps my hair fresh and clean for two days. My husband with oily scalp absolutely loves it! The price is quite high for the amount you get. Fortunately, there are sales when I can buy in bulk. While it feels refreshing on the scalp, it can dry out the hair, so using a conditioner or treatment is a must. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAug 23, 2017
I bought this because it was 50% off at Aritaum, and I think it's better than I expected. Since my scalp is oily, my hair would always get greasy by the evening after washing it in the morning. But with this, my hair stays fluffy even the next day. There were times when I didn't wash my hair for a couple of days over the weekend (not that I'm bragging...), and I didn't experience any unpleasantness or itchiness that usually comes with not washing my hair. Personally, this is the best shampoo I've used so far. I'll definitely repurchase it. Of course, I'll be on the lookout for sales. And I used to have a lot of small pimples on my scalp, but they've almost disappeared after using this. The cooling sensation is not too much, just right, so I think I can use it even in the winter without any issues. The lather is also good. Now that the seasons are changing, I'm using this in the fall and winter, but since my skin gets dry in the winter, it doesn't quite work for me. After washing my hair with this shampoo, my hair gets dry and starts itching quickly. They say you should change your cosmetics according to the season, and that's exactly the case here. This product is my favorite summer shampoo, but it's not a good fit for dry seasons like winter. I'm not sure if this is a useful tip, but... My hair length is about shoulder-length. If I've just washed my hair or if I wash it once a day, I only need to pump it about half a pump and give my scalp a gentle massage, and one wash is enough. (This is just my personal opinion.) If I've been out for a long time or if it's been more than a day since I last washed my hair, I'll pump it twice and wash it twice. And I bought this along with the conditioner. Sometimes I use the scalp treatment I had been using at home, and other times I use the conditioner on the ends of my hair, alternating between the two. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJun 21, 2017
It has a refreshing menthol sensation and decent cleansing power. My hair feels a bit stiff, and I've developed some pimples on my scalp. It's best to shampoo and rinse during your shower, then wash and rinse your body. - mi********Combination SkinSensitive SkinJun 14, 2017
Purchased price: 7,500 won. Bought it during the sale period at Aritaum. The scalp feels refreshing. The fragrance is cool. Leaves a feeling of a soda drink. The lather stays well. When it gets on the hands, it has a soft gel-like feel. The scalp feels a bit irritated, so those with sensitive skin should avoid using it. Other than that, I don't have any other complaints yet. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinDec 2, 2016
I started using it because of my scalp acne, and my scalp has definitely improved since using it. I'm still using it~~ It can only be purchased at Olive Young... I don't particularly know of any bad points. Purchase it during the Olive Young sale... something like that? Haha
