This is... simply one of the top products in the Guerlain line. While I didn't see much effect from serums in the Orchidée line, this one noticeably calms my skin by the next day. It's the only product from the Orchidée line that I've purchased full-size after trying all the samples. The fragrance is also luxurious. Highly recommended for super sensitive skin. So far, I haven't found any downsides! Perhaps the jar packaging is a bit inconvenient, but that's about it. When you pat it in with your hands, it creates a hydrating effect and absorbs even better. As a freelancer, I sometimes work through the night and sleep at dawn. When I slather on this mask before bed, I wake up with skin that looks like I've had a deep, restful sleep. It doesn't completely tackle my enlarged pores, but it does wonders for my complexion. While the performance is flawless, the price is undeniably steep. However, since this is a product I use only twice a week, it might be more justifiable for some. Simply put... this is the best. After splurging on department store cosmetics in my early 20s and realizing it was all just fancy packaging, I started looking for cost-effective products. I began with the Orchidée Impériale essence, and when the store associate insisted I had to buy this, I was skeptical... Wow... Now I find myself recommending the mask even more than the essence. It's worth every penny. Rumor has it that LVMH Chairman Arnault uses Guerlain products... even though they own Fresh too. Anyway, I go around recommending it everywhere. I've never seen anyone complain after using this. I even give out samples telling people to buy it! Good things should be shared, right? For a while, I was practically a Guerlain mask evangelist! The twist-off lid is a bit annoying. It would be better if it was squeeze-out or pump-style. Also, please make the spatula a bit more luxurious!!! I had this applied during a Guerlain spa treatment, and when I tried it at home with vinyl gloves on, it felt like an incredibly indulgent self-care moment. My hands suddenly looked so bright... What more can be said about Guerlain's Orchidée line? It offers the perfect balance of richness and hydration, with excellent absorption and added functional benefits! Apart from the wickedly high price, I couldn't find any other drawbacks. Wow... The Guerlain morning and evening cream is truly amazing, I can clearly feel it. At first, I tried it and was blown away by this new experience. I think the night cream is undoubtedly the number one product. Although it contains some unfavorable ingredients, it has not caused any trouble for my combination skin, and instead, it has made my skin look spotless. I am very satisfied with it. The only downside is that it is not easily affordable...

After applying it and sleeping, my skin's texture is completely different... The bumpy, millet-like blemishes have all disappeared, and after washing with water or a mild cleanser, my skin feels so soft and smooth! It fits the face perfectly like a sheet mask, without any hassle of dripping essence or timing the removal. It's just so convenient and pleasant to use! Some may complain about the abundance of potentially harmful ingredients (especially Hwahae users who are extremely sensitive to such things), but in my opinion, if the product improves your skin, then it has served its purpose. It's not like we're slathering on lead powder like in the Qin Dynasty - just a tiny amount of preservatives to keep the fresh nutrients stable. I used to be obsessed with avoiding any trace of harmful substances too, but I realized that's a double standard when I'm willing to ignore the side effects of ingesting diet pills that wreak havoc on my liver and kidneys. As long as the concentrations are within safe limits, I don't think a bit of chemical preservative in a topical product is a big deal. After all, even water will spoil if the bottle is left open for months, so some preservation is necessary in a nutrient-rich cosmetic. You just have to try it out and judge for yourself - there's no one-size-fits-all when it comes to skincare. It's best to apply this at night before bed! Using it as a pre-makeup primer isn't a bad idea, but since you'd have to wash it off later with your makeup, it would be a bit of a waste to use this pricey product that way. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedAug 31, 2019

Extremely dry skin. In the harsh, dry winter or transitional seasons, there is no better product than this. When I apply the Orchid products, I don't feel any dryness at all. The price is outrageous. :( The rich, creamy texture sometimes causes milia to appear under my eyes. For desert-dry skin, this product is like an oasis. As a drinker, I find this product very convenient~^^ When it's a hassle to apply skincare after drinking, just applying the skin and Orchid mask pack makes my skin very moisturized the next day~~After drinking, my skin lacks moisture, but this product prevents dryness and I really like it~^^ It's too expensive even though it's expensive~~Since it's a pack, I don't apply it sparingly, so it seems to be used up faster.
