Pros
My baby's atopic dermatitis and eczema were very severe, so I looked around a lot and tried applying various products, but the eczema was really effective... It was so red, cracked, and bleeding that I tried applying Atopicfarm and baby lotions, creams, and samples, and even Bepanten, but it only worked for a little while. After applying this consistently for about a week, the redness disappeared and the rough, uneven skin became smooth.
Cons
But it's too sticky... When the baby is rolling around and crawling, the cream gets all over everything (I have to reapply it frequently) and dust in the house sticks to it. It's a shame that the absorption isn't immediate.
Tip
As the eczema eased a bit, I switched to the soothing ointment that came as a sample along with it, which was a bit less sticky. Since it's in a tube, it was hard to squeeze out the last bit, so I used a sterile cotton swab to get it out.

Pros
We used it because our baby had atopic dermatitis, and it has excellent moisturizing power and is very affordable. We could use it generously, which was great. It was especially effective for eczema!! Even when scratched with fingernails, it would quickly disappear after applying.
Cons
It's so sticky that it gets all over my clothes.. It has a bit of a tacky feeling? If you've used Vaseline before, you'll know the feeling. And after using it for a long time, I felt like my skin was getting worse. I remember reading on a blog that it can clog pores and actually worsen things, and that seems to be the case with our baby, as their atopic dermatitis worsened, so we've temporarily stopped using it and are trying something else now. Pros
My baby, who is almost 100 days old, has been using this product all over their body, and the areas that show the most effective results are the face and neck. I'm so happy to see their skin return to its bright, radiant state. ^^
Cons
Since it's in an ointment form, it feels like I'm applying Vaseline, which makes it very sticky and glossy. I have to really rub it in to absorb it, and then I have to put clothes on, which is a bit of a hassle.

There's nothing better than this for baby's skin irritation. Applying it to the reddened cheeks, it will heal in a day or two at most.
Cons
It's too thick, so it's good in the winter, but it might be a bit too warm for the baby in other seasons.

Pros

I've been using it since my first child was a baby. When eczema flares up, it helps in the evening and improves by morning. As they get older, applying it in the winter when their face gets dry works well. I've also found it helpful for dry spots like knees and elbows, applying it little by little. I'm currently using the same cream for my 6-month-old second child.

Aquafer is famous for its baby eczema cream. I bought it because my 7-month-old baby had eczema... I was a bit hesitant due to the ingredients, but the eczema got worse, so I quickly bought it from Emart. After applying it and putting the baby to sleep, they were significantly better in the morning. It was definitely effective when the eczema was severe.
Cons
Strangely, when I applied it when the eczema was somewhat subsiding, it would flare up again. So I only apply it to the affected area when the eczema is severe and at bedtime.
