Pros
I used to apply this to my daughter, but now I use it myself. From early fall to early spring, and during sensitive skin periods, this is the lotion I slather on. After applying it and sleeping, my skin feels supple and moisturized the next day. I use this as a substitute for Vaseline and highly recommend it for those with sensitive skin! When my face gets red or I break out, applying this calms it down by the next day.
Cons
Unfortunately, there wasn't really anything disappointing about it. It's just a product I can trust and use without worry. If I had to nitpick, maybe the matte finish?

My baby developed baby eczema around 3 weeks after birth. Even though I thought it would get better after the 100th day, it just kept getting worse. This is what they call infant acne, and it was really agonizing. I alternated between bathing in mugwort water and yuzu-infused water, and tried all the creams that were recommended, finally settling on Physiogel just to get by. Whenever it flared up again, I would panic. Then a friend introduced me to this cream, and even though I was skeptical at first because it wasn't too expensive, the texture wasn't sticky at all which I liked. I started applying it only to the affected areas, and it was a lifesaver - the rough patches became smooth in just 3 days, and the reddened areas disappeared completely. It was truly magical. Now it's an essential item for me, and I use it like an atopic cream. Even though the miracles of 3-day turnarounds don't happen anymore now that my baby is a bit older, as long as I remember to apply it, the condition keeps improving, even though she does scratch and touch it a lot.
Cons
To be honest, I've had dry skin since I was young, so in the winter, Vaseline-based creams were an absolute must for me. But I really disliked the texture, so I couldn't apply Aquaphor much either - it's kind of like a transparent Vaseline.

I bought this because it was said to be good for drooling, and it gets a lot of use. I apply it to diaper rash and dry areas, and in the winter when my lips get terribly chapped and flaky, I just put a little on at night and when I wake up, my lips are so soft and supple.
Cons
The only downside is that it has a Vaseline-like consistency, so it can feel a bit sticky.

For my extremely dry skin, mixing a little bit of this into my regular moisturizer works great - it doesn't feel tight or uncomfortable at all.

The baby's skin care product is truly the best! When you apply it at night before bed, your skin becomes so soft and smooth ^^ I even use the leftover on my face and lips haha It's really great!

I've tried all kinds of things that are said to be good for baby rashes or irritation, but nothing compares to this. If you apply it thinly to diaper rash or facial eczema three times a day, it smoothens up quickly. In the winter, my baby's legs also get dry, so I apply cream or oil first, then a thin layer of Aquaphor on top, and the moisture lasts a long time - it's so great! I use what's left on my hands on my own rough hands and feet, and they become soft too. I bought the large size from Costco, and I think I'll use it up quickly. Haha.

It's so thick and sticky that you need extra care and patience to spread it thinly on a squirmy baby. ㅠ
