It's great for diaper rash. It seems to work well for severely dry areas as well. Just apply it thinly to the dry spots.
Cons
It's really oily and caused my acne to flare up badly. You should only apply it thinly to dry areas - I didn't know that and ended up with a terrible reaction.

Because of the baby, my mom and I apply it to dry areas, and after applying, the moisturizing effect lasts a long time. Especially the feet become incredibly soft.
