The coverage is excellent, concealing most blemishes. It also has good staying power, which is a plus. However, due to its high coverage, it doesn't feel particularly lightweight on the face. For those with dry skin, it might cause some flaking... But it's not too matte, so if you have dry skin like me, you probably won't need to set it with powder. Since I have dry skin, I use it together with an emulsion. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinApr 9, 2020
The All Day Lasting Foundation gets better as time passes. As it settles, it enhances your skin's appearance, making you look even more beautiful. For my oily skin, this product is absolutely perfect. It's also reduced the time I spend on touch-ups, which is so convenient. Performance ratings: Longevity: 4/5 Coverage: 4/5 Adherence: 4/5 To achieve a beautiful skin finish with the All Day Lasting Foundation, it's crucial to have a solid skincare base before application. Essential pre-application steps: - Exfoliation is a must - Even more crucial for those with dry skin types - Be cautious of emphasizing dead skin cells While this foundation worked wonders for my oily-leaning skin, I believe those with dry skin should approach it with caution. Tips for maintaining long-lasting wear based on skin type: For oily skin: Use a foundation brush For dry skin: Use a damp makeup sponge For extremely dry skin: Combine with your skincare routine and facial oil - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 28, 2020
It adheres lightly to the skin, effectively covering blemishes for a flawless finish. The matte effect lasts all day without breaking down, which I absolutely love. Plus, the generous amount means it'll last for ages! I was a bit disappointed with the shade range. Also, the texture could use some improvement. You'll find it easier to use if you control the amount. Applying it with a puff will help it absorb better into your skin. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 13, 2019
This is a matte-finish foundation with excellent coverage. It might be a bit challenging for dry skin, but I recommend it for combination dehydrated skin like mine or oily skin types. However, to prevent dead skin cells from flaking or wrinkles from being accentuated, it's important to apply a proper base before using this product! I have a 23 shade complexion, and the No. 2 Natural Beige is on the lighter side for a 23. Still, it has a yellow undertone which makes it look natural. It's great at covering most blemish scars and imperfections. It also naturally covers redness and has decent adherence. It used to be frequently sold out and hard to purchase, but I'm not sure how it is these days. While the quality seems decent for the price, the longevity was poor and the way it breaks down isn't pretty. Oil tends to come through especially in the nose area, so you need to touch up with powder. The matte finish makes it a bit difficult to touch up makeup. It's also disappointing that it contains 5 ingredients of concern. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 2, 2019
First off, it doesn't cause any blemishes and has good coverage. It also works well when applied with a damp sponge. Oh dear... it's way too drying for those with dry skin! While I'm thankful it doesn't cause breakouts, and it does work well with a damp sponge, once the moisture evaporates, my skin feels incredibly tight. You absolutely must mix it with facial oil to make it work. The limited shade range can also make it look a bit off, and worst of all, it emphasizes dead skin cells like crazy due to its dryness. It feels like the foundation is just floating off my entire face. I was genuinely shocked when I looked in the mirror. It's not just about the foundation breaking down - it actually lifts off the skin. The solution is to mix it with a moisturizer or facial oil... That does help a bit, but since the foundation has such a thick consistency, it honestly feels more like a BB cream. You're better off using a hydrating BB cream for the sake of your mental health and skin. While I might consider trying this again if my current BB cream is discontinued, I wouldn't want to spend money on it otherwise. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinOct 21, 2019
The coverage and adherence seemed quite good. It also managed to conceal some of the redness. Even though I used the lightest shade, it still had a slight tendency to darken my complexion. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinJul 20, 2019
The coverage was decent and it seemed to adhere well to my skin. I'd recommend it! It felt like it leaked a bit and the staying power was disappointing. Also, it felt slightly thick on application. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJul 2, 2019
It covers most skin blemishes well, and the SPF is quite high for a foundation. The adherence is decent when applied with a wedge puff, and it's great that there are darker shades available, making it suitable for those with a deeper complexion. Those with very dry skin might find that the makeup doesn't sit well, as it's not particularly hydrating. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinMar 5, 2019
Great at concealing blemishes Doesn't pill Affordable Generous amount Makes dead skin cells flake so much it's better not to apply it... Makes skin texture look worse - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 1, 2019
First off, it's quite affordable for a foundation. I prioritize coverage, and this one doesn't disappoint! While it doesn't completely mask every blemish like a freshly peeled egg, it does a great job of concealing redness from pimples and making noticeable blemishes look like minor skin imperfections. It has a slightly yellow undertone, but it's not overly sallow. It fills in pores better than expected, and at this price point, the ingredients are even better than some luxury foundations. The quantity is just right - not too much, not too little. I'm satisfied. The color might seem a bit light right after application, but it quickly blends with your skin tone, so you're less likely to end up looking like a human Q-tip. I gave some to my friend with dry skin to test, and she loved it too. She said the coverage was good and with a solid skincare base, it should work well even for dry skin types. I finish with a powder compact to control oil, but those with dry skin probably won't need to. The foundation comes in shades 1 and 2, but after testing in-store, I couldn't really tell the difference. While it worked fine for me, it seems like the shades might only suit those with 21-22 skin tones. I wish they'd offer a wider range of colors so it could be used for contouring as well. If you're not satisfied with the color or finish, try mixing it with other foundations. It blends well with others, and I sometimes do this myself!
