  1. Personally, I think the case design is absolutely stunning - one of the best I've seen. 2. The puff has a uniquely satisfying, firm texture that feels great to use. 3. When applied with a dense brush, it covers pores exceptionally well.

  Cons

  1. The color is too doll-like and unnatural. 2. It's excessively drying and severely accentuates dead skin cells.

  Tip

  I've heard many people say that when they layer this over Le Blanc using a brush, their skin looks amazing. It seems like it would work well for those with oily skin. When I applied it, it left a peachy, velvety finish, but when my friend with oily skin tried it, her complexion looked like honey skin - beautifully glowing and natural. (That's why I ended up giving it to her!)

  If you're looking for a light makeup option, this product is absolutely perfect! It's great for applying lightly in the morning when your skin is still hydrated, giving you a fresh start to the day.

  Cons

  It's very drying... extremely drying. If you have dry skin, make sure to thoroughly moisturize your face before applying, otherwise it will leave a noticeable white cast.

  I'm not fond of the puff. I've tried using other applicators, but I can't figure out what works best. I bought this for convenience, but if I don't meticulously apply my skincare beforehand, it feels dry

  The coverage was excellent! The application was pretty good too. It gives you that soft, delicate complexion look. The case is also really pretty.

  As someone with extremely dry skin, it's too drying to use on its own. You need to apply a solid skincare base before using this.

  I'm using this for the second time. The case is still so pretty, haha. It's great as a touch-up product.

  Cons

  It probably won't suit dry skin types at all. I have combination to oily skin, so I only use it for touch-ups. When touching up in dry areas during winter, there's some pilling and it can look a bit patchy. Other than that, I like it, but the puff... it gets noticeably dirty. There's no part to hold onto, so using the tiny puff to apply the product can give you hand cramps. It also attracts dust way too easily.

  I've been using this for years. Even when I try other products, I always end up coming back to this one. However, I was shocked to read reviews saying it's now made in Japan... I'll have to stop using it immediately.

  Cons

  If your skin is dry, it makes dead skin cells more noticeable and flaky. It should only be applied to well-hydrated skin.

  It tends to sit on the skin and accentuate dead skin cells. If you have dry skin, it's best to avoid this to save money. I'll try it again in summer.

  Pros

  The color payoff is natural and easy to blend. I use liquid foundation as my base and this for touch-ups.

  Cons

  While the foundation itself is quite moisturizing, it can look patchy on dry skin types. I've noticed it doesn't sit well when my skin is dehydrated. Applying with a puff helps a bit. Frustratingly, the case breaks before I've used even half the product. When using the puff, the foundation tends to collect dust and debris.

  Tip

  I highly recommend using the puff only to remove excess oil. For touch-ups, it's best to apply with your fingers.
