This is actually a gel-type, so it's good to dispense a decent amount when cleansing. If you just use a little, it doesn't feel like it's cleansing enough. And the bottle has pretty good durability, so I've taken it with me on trips and it's never leaked. 
It looks a bit unstable, but it's actually fine!

As a staple product, I really don't know of any downsides. Is the fact that it's hard to find in Korea a drawback? You can buy it from the sources I mentioned, but Korean drugstores don't seem to carry it, which is a shame.

and it's just the right type - not too dry or oily!

And since I can buy several bottles relatively cheaply from iHerb, I've been stocking up and using it.
There are reviews saying it has weak cleansing power, so on days when I'm wearing makeup, I do a primary cleanse with a cleansing water and then use this for the secondary cleanse. It's mild, unobtrusive, and non-irritating, so it's perfect as a secondary cleanser!
And the scent is natural to my liking as well.

I had acne-prone skin and severe dehydration, but the foaming cleanser just made my skin feel tight, so I switched to this product. At first, it felt like it wasn't cleansing properly and left a sticky feeling, but after getting used to it, the redness has significantly subsided and while the acne hasn't completely disappeared, the cystic acne-like breakouts have stopped!

After using this for 10 days, there was no improvement, and this was the only reason. It's the worst. Once I stopped using it, the closed comedones started to subside gradually.

They are great for secondary cleansing and morning cleansing, and they actually helped reduce redness as the name suggests.

The lather is barely there, making me wonder if it's actually cleansing my skin. I've been using it anyway since they say it's good for the skin, but the sodium laureth sulfate ingredient is a bit concerning... Please remove it! And sometimes, I even get these small pimple-like bumps appearing on my skin.

Don't expect this cleansing gel to exfoliate on its own - you'll need to use AHA/BHA products for that. But this is the best product I've found for that purpose!
