It's pretty decent. It seems really gentle. There's hardly any squeaky-clean feeling. Personally, I prefer something with a bit more cleansing power. That's my only concern. It's truly gentle, but be careful - it still stings if it gets in your eyes! - ma*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinApr 21, 2018
I've been using this for over 5 years. It has excellent cleansing effectiveness while being gentle on the skin. The scent is strong, but when you rinse it off with water, it feels incredibly soft. The only downside is that it can cause a tingling sensation if it gets in your eyes. The scent is quite strong at first, but you get used to it over time. I use it like a cleansing emulsion. I apply it to my face when it's almost dry, then gradually add water to create a lather. After rinsing, I finish with a foam cleanser. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinApr 8, 2018
I love it! As long as it doesn't get discontinued, I plan to stick with this product. My skin is super sensitive, and even the slightest mismatch with a cleanser can cause a reaction. But since using this, my skin has been consistently calm. After cleansing, there's no deep dryness, just hydration. The scent is a bit subtle, reminiscent of ground rice germ (if that makes sense). I have a particularly sensitive nose, but this fragrance is at a tolerable level. It contains peony extract, which is great. Just keep in mind that it's not a dedicated makeup remover, so you'll need to do a first cleanse separately if you're wearing makeup. I use a cleansing water or gel for that step. The product has been rebranded and is now called 'Seriously Soothing Cream'. The packaging is pink now too! - yu********Normal SkinSensitive SkinApr 17, 2017
I decided to buy this because of its great ingredients. I was able to purchase it at a good price through direct shipping from Amazon US. It seems to be gentle on the skin with minimal irritation and cleanses well. I didn't find anything particularly disappointing, but after rinsing with water, there's a slight slippery feeling left on the skin. It doesn't give that squeaky clean sensation. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinDec 4, 2016
It's gentle and great! I can use it with peace of mind since all ingredients are natural. Since there's no artificial fragrance, those sensitive to scents might find the mint aroma a bit strong. Because it doesn't contain artificial surfactants, it doesn't lather much. Using a foaming net might help. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinSep 3, 2016
It's incredibly gentle and I loved that there was no tightness after using it. It smells like dirty mop water. It's shocking that a cosmetic product could have such an odor. I'm not usually sensitive to smells, but this makes me miserable every time I wash my face. The scent does go away after rinsing, but it's overwhelmingly unpleasant. Also, it doesn't lather, so I sometimes wonder if I'm cleansing properly. I've also tried the combination/oily skin facial cleansing gel (orange container) from the same brand, and despite my extremely dry skin, I found it non-drying and it lathered better, which I liked. That one also smells good. I recommend everyone use the orange Acure cleanser instead! - pi******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAug 31, 2016
As someone with super sensitive skin, I found this product caused minimal irritation. I also recommend the orange-colored product from the same company. While I liked the regular orange version, this one has a strange fermented smell, like rice wine. I'm not sure if it's spoiled or if that's how it's supposed to be, but I won't be repurchasing. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinJul 26, 2016
I stumbled upon this natural ingredient cleanser while browsing iHerb, and bought it without much thought. It turned out to be amazing! My skin feels so soft after cleansing that I almost don't need to do any skincare afterward. I was so impressed that I double-checked the ingredients list to see if there was anything not-so-good in there. The hydrating and gentle formula is truly satisfying! I'll definitely repurchase this. The texture is quite runny and tends to pour out quickly. It's a bit inconvenient that the packaging isn't a pump-type dispenser. I use this along with a cleansing oil. When used alone, it feels slightly insufficient for a thorough cleanse. - mo*****Combination SkinAtopic SkinJun 24, 2016
It's said to have natural ingredients... I'm not sure if the foam itself is good or effective since I'm using it alongside dermatological treatments, but it's gentle with no irritation. The low foam production clearly indicates it's free from harsh surfactants. It cleanses better than expected, and my skin feels moisturized without any tightness after washing. As many reviews mention, it seems like it would drip out if you stand it upright. That's why I lay it down when using. There were comments about the scent not being pleasant... and yes, the smell is a bit off. It's not bad enough to prevent use, but perhaps due to the natural ingredient blend, the fragrance isn't great. Use it lying down. I won't be repurchasing as I'm not a fan of the scent. - yb****Dry SkinSensitive SkinMay 8, 2016
Why are there only international products? It takes two weeks for delivery, haha! Please, for goodness' sake, create a domestic company. It's getting so frustrating!
