I'm not sure if the makeup really comes off that well. But since I do a full cleansing with a foam cleanser anyway, it's fine. The price is quite steep for a cleansing balm. I bought the small size and used it, but the volume isn't that much and it's expensive. I'm usually willing to pay for good products, but I don't want to pay this price for a cleansing balm, so I tried it once and that's it.

As soon as I apply and rub it, I can feel a slight warmth, and as I rub it, it feels like a massage. I really enjoy that warm sensation, and rolling and massaging with this product gives me a feeling that I haven't experienced with other products. The makeup doesn't come off as easily, but I feel a sense of healing, and using this product makes my skin feel like it's getting better.

A good tip would be to use a warm, steamed towel to wipe it off, as that would be even better.

The price is a bit high.
I'm looking for similar products, but I'd continue using this one if the price was better.

Using a spatula, I scooped out an amount the size of a fingernail and applied it directly to my skin. Then, I used the warmth of my hands to melt it, before applying it to my face and rolling it in. After wiping it off with a towel, my skin felt hydrated and refreshed.
This is called a cleansing balm, and it has a slightly oily texture, but still feels fresh.
For me, it doesn't feel tight, and my complexion looks brighter.
The downside is that it's a bit pricey.

On days when deep cleansing is needed, soaking a gauze cloth in warm water, wringing it out, and then wiping the oil balm off with it seems to greatly improve oil control.
However, the granules in the oil balm may cause irritation for sensitive skin, so it may not be the best option.

1. I have to use a spatula to scoop it out, but it's too much of a hassle so I just use my hands.
2. It's slippery like an oil, and I have to wipe it off with the small washcloth-like thing that comes with it, which is annoying. I just want to rinse it off with water, but water alone doesn't clean it properly. Plus, the washcloth-like thing is too small and rough, it irritates my skin, and I have to wash it every time.
3. It's too expensive. The amount is also small.
4. The ingredients aren't great either.

The product feels great.
It's incredibly soft and after using it, my pores seem to shrink. 
My skin looks clearer the next day.

The smell is terrible. I used it a lot because it was a gift, but then I found out it was expensive. It would have been better if it had just been a good massage cream with nice ingredients.

Although it seems expensive, my skin feels more moisturized. There is a sense that the nutritional components are reaching my skin, but to be honest, I'm not entirely sure. The cleansing effect doesn't seem to be very high. It just feels like I've applied a product with good ingredients to my face.

They say you don't even need a second cleanse after using this, but my skin just felt the need to be washed again right away. For those with sensitive skin, it's better to follow up with a cleansing foam.

It's too expensive. The high price is understandable, but it's just too expensive for me to use again.

This is the best cleansing balm I've used so far. After using it, my complexion immediately improves. I'm very sensitive to oil-based products, so I was too afraid to even try cleansing oils, but this balm melts into an oil-type texture and cleanses so well. It's a holy grail product for me.. You have to try it!

I also use a small amount in the morning, and it's so moisturizing that it's perfect for the current season~

This cleansing balm is a first for me~
After cleansing, it felt like I had just received a massage.
Even after washing my face, it feels so smooth and moisturized.
I don't think I'll be able to use other cleansers now.

To be honest, while the price is reasonable, the makeup doesn't seem to come off very well. Even after rinsing with water, the product doesn't seem to be fully removed. I ended up with a bit of a headache, so I don't plan to repurchase this.

You don't need to use a muslin cloth.
A soft cotton cloth is enough.
Even experts say that a fabric like a flannel shirt
or a similar cotton material is sufficient.

the moisturizing effect may be slightly lower.
It has less moisturizing effect
compared to The Body Shop Chamomile Cleansing Butter.

With my thin and sensitive skin,
the silky particles are still a bit irritating
when rolling it.

I often use tinted lip balm,
and the lip products didn't remove well.

I didn't feel the benefit for blackhead removal.
It doesn't wash away deep into the pores completely.

Since the main ingredients are moisturizing oils
and the surfactants are relatively low,
it doesn't rinse off well with water,
so the inconvenience of having to wipe it off with a gauze is there.

Although it appears to be a firm cleansing balm,
when scooped with a spatula, it spreads softly.
The black-colored formula
melts lightly and gently on the warmth of the hands.
The silky particles are not too irritating.

With many moisturizing ingredients,
even after wiping it off with a gauze,
it does not feel dry but just right.

It can be rolled with about two pearl-sized amounts
and can cleanse most makeup without difficulty.

If it's not an organic brand,
I think the ingredients are not too bad.

I'm using it alternately with The Body Shop Chamomile Cleansing Butter,
and Omorovicza definitely delivers dramatic results in a short time,
so it's worth the money.
