Although it's said you can use this as a spot treatment or all over, I apply it as the last step in my skincare routine. The amount is quite small though - I go through about one tube per month. It has a thick, Vaseline-like consistency, so during hot summer months, it might be best to use it only before bed.

I started using this cream when my skin barrier was completely damaged. After using it for several months, I can definitely feel that my skin barrier has become stronger and more resilient.

It has a slightly oily and thick texture, so it doesn't absorb that well. When I first bought it, I used it once and then tucked it away. I'm seeing fantastic results, so I thought I'd share my experience. It's amazing for healing wounds without leaving scars, and here's the kicker - areas with blemishes or redness from past breakouts? After applying this for just about two days, it's hard to even tell where the trouble spots were! For me, those red marks faded completely in less than a week.
