Although it's said you can use this as a spot treatment or all over, I apply it as the last step in my skincare routine. The amount is quite small though - I go through about one tube per month. It has a thick, Vaseline-like consistency, so during hot summer months, it might be best to use it only before bed.

I started using this cream when my skin barrier was completely damaged. After using it for several months, I can definitely feel that my skin barrier has become stronger and more resilient.

It has a slightly oily and thick texture, so it doesn't absorb that well. When I first bought it, I used it once and then tucked it away.
