It seems to help with skin regeneration after laser treatments It's quite rich, so if you apply it over a large area, it can cause small blemishes - wo******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 9, 2021
I started using this cream when my skin barrier was completely damaged. After using it for several months, I can definitely feel that my skin barrier has become stronger and more resilient. Although it's said you can use this as a spot treatment or all over, I apply it as the last step in my skincare routine. The amount is quite small though - I go through about one tube per month. It has a thick, Vaseline-like consistency, so during hot summer months, it might be best to use it only before bed. - ca*****Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 17, 2021
I bought this after hearing it's great for redness after popping blemishes, and wow, it really worked wonders for me! I'm already on my 8th tube. While regular aloe gel or regenerating moisturizers can help with soothing and healing if used consistently, KT&G's product works so much faster. That's why I always make sure to stock up when I run out. The downside is that it's a bit pricey for only 15ml. (Prices vary between shops, usually ranging from 30,000 to 40,000 won) It has a slightly oily and thick texture, so it doesn't absorb that well. When I first bought it, I used it once and then tucked it away. But the results were so good that I'm now using it despite the less-than-ideal texture. Because of its consistency and feel, I only apply it to specific areas at night. The seller recommends patting it on instead of rubbing, but honestly, for spot treatments, I don't notice much difference in effectiveness between patting and rubbing. Still, I follow their instructions and pat it on. Also, for those who, like me, rely on regenerating creams or ointments, here's a bit of extra info! I was once recommended Moratz Skin Saver as a similar healing cream, and it did work for me too. However, after trying both simultaneously, I found KT&G's product more effective for my skin, so I'm sticking with it now. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 31, 2020
It's so good, it's like a healing ointment. I've seen great results with this product for acne scars. It's quite rich and oily for summer use, truly like an ointment. The plastic tube was a bit disappointing, but otherwise I used it very well. It was so good that I didn't have to worry even after squeezing out small pimples. - dm*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 12, 2020
As someone with sensitive, blemish-prone skin, finding the right product can be really challenging. I stumbled upon KGS by chance, and now I'm on my second bottle of KTS! I'm seeing fantastic results, so I thought I'd share my experience. It's amazing for healing wounds without leaving scars, and here's the kicker - areas with blemishes or redness from past breakouts? After applying this for just about two days, it's hard to even tell where the trouble spots were! For me, those red marks faded completely in less than a week. It's like magic, I simply can't give it up. Let's be honest, the price is quite steep for the amount you get. Also, if you apply too much, you might get small bumps. Be careful not to rub it in - the granules (calf cartilage extract) in KTS can irritate your skin if you do. You need to pat it on gently. Tapping it all over your face with just one finger can give you a cramp! Here's a pro tip: I apply it daily on red areas or large blemishes, but for all-over face application, I do it every other day. Always apply a thin layer to avoid those tiny bumps. Applying too much seems to clog pores, leading to those little bumps. For those with severe issues, applying morning and night frequently might be beneficial. I did this for the first week and saw great improvement! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedAug 6, 2019
The instructions said to use it after the wound has closed, but my dermatologist recommended using it from the start. It did have some healing effects. I have combination dehydrated skin, and after a week of use, I noticed a significant increase in sebum production. It's best to apply a small amount to very specific areas. I think it's more suitable for areas with less developed sebaceous glands, like leg wounds. For those with clear, oily, and sensitive facial skin, I'd recommend dabbing it precisely without spreading. Apply it directly to the affected area when the wound is in that ambiguous stage before it's fully healed. It's quite an effective formula. - ge*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 11, 2019
I've used about 4 bottles. It's great for calming down blemishes, not just scars. It's also effective on regular scars, not just acne-related ones. It seems the effectiveness varies from person to person. Some people don't see results. I think you might build up a tolerance to it. If I stop using it for a while and then start again, it works well once more. Apply by gently tapping it onto the skin. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 12, 2018
I've been using this for 3 bottles now! I feel like I just discovered it, as I've been using it so well. Since last year, my skin has been in chaos due to adult acne, so I've been to a dermatologist as well. But since my skin is quite sensitive, the dermatologist's treatments were too irritating for me. So now, whenever I get acne or hives, I just apply this and go to sleep. It's probably the price, right?? It's really expensive, so like the attached photo, I use it until the very bottom. There are times when the price drops to the early 30,000s, but other than that, it's a bit pricey. Oh, and it's not effective for freshly popped blemishes. It's best to use it after extraction. I don't apply it all over my face, but only spot-treat the areas with blemishes or scarring. The thick texture makes it hard to spread, so I just take a little on my finger and gently pat it onto the scarred areas. Then I take a cotton swab, get a bit more of the ointment, and lightly dab it on top. You know there's no ointment that can heal everything overnight, right?? It takes at least a week of this routine to see the scars fade! - h0******Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 12, 2018
I bought it from the dermatologist, and it's really effective in calming the redness. It's also helped to reduce my severe acne a bit. The price is way too expensive ㅠㅠ It's expensive even at the dermatologist, but it's a bit cheaper online. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJan 21, 2017
I had a lot of chin acne and was stressed, but after using the product recommended by my aunt, the scars seem to be disappearing, which is great. However, it couldn't prevent the acne from forming, which is disappointing...
