While the texture is a bit thin, it creates a beautifully smooth complexion, like the surface of a peeled egg. The lovely yellow base is a nice touch. Due to its hydrating nature, there was some darkening compared to matte foundations. - si*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 2, 2022
It did a decent job of enhancing my complexion and had reasonable staying power. Unfortunately, it's been discontinued. Nowadays, it seems they've refined the line, offering separate 'glow' and 'silk' versions. - wh**********Dry SkinRecommendedApr 12, 2021
It looks great when first applied, and even as it wears off, it seems to fade beautifully. I've been using it for nearly 4 years after buying it as a 2-for-1 deal. Overall, I've been quite satisfied with it. While I wish it had a bit more coverage, it's not bad as it is. There's not much I can complain about! - fb*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedAug 25, 2020
The coverage is great, and the adherence and color are not bad at all Unfortunately, as time passes, it becomes dry and the makeup starts to separate a bit - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedMar 31, 2020
Skin appearance: - The main reason I use this foundation is for its skin appearance... It's the best. It's truly semi-matte, but how to describe it... Silky... Luxurious... The thin and transparent skin finish is incredibly beautiful... It's like a budget-friendly version of Giorgio Armani foundation! I really love it so much... I plan to repurchase after finishing the first bottle. And the fact that it doesn't flake on my dry skin is amazing. Tone: - The tone is perfect! It's neither too yellow nor too pink-based, which I love! Longevity: - I'm not sure if it's great, but it's not bad either. It's just adequate. You do need to touch up with a cushion throughout the day, but it's not unwearable. Considering how thin it is, it's acceptable! Coverage: - If you're looking to buy this for coverage, don't! It doesn't have much coverage... It somewhat covers dark circles, but... Anyway, it's not a high-coverage product. Longevity and coverage: But considering the formula, I use it knowing it can't be helped. Honestly, there's probably no foundation in the world that has it all... Each has its pros and cons! Packaging: It's too heavy... It seems to be glass? Very inconvenient for travel! So I transfer it to an empty container. The material also feels a bit harsh... Why on earth is this being discontinued? It took me quite a while to finish one bottle as I rotate between several products, and it was such a popular item that I never dreamed it would be discontinued... Sigh. The skin appearance is beautiful even when applied with fingers... But I recommend not using a damp puff as it absorbs too much product... Just a regular sponge or puff is recommended! - si*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedDec 11, 2019
It's a shame this product has been discontinued. I loved how it gave a natural look and made my skin appear healthier. As someone with oily skin, I found it made my face a bit too greasy. The staying power was also somewhat lacking. - ju****Combination SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessOct 26, 2019
When patted with a damp sponge, it gives a dewy and radiant finish. I loved that it didn't cause any darkening on my skin. It's great that it doesn't trigger deep dryness. Like all foundations, it can pill if you apply too much skincare underneath or if you don't let your sunscreen absorb properly. It seems to work better with a damp sponge rather than a brush. My skin tends to get warm easily, but this method prevents the foundation from looking cakey. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 30, 2019
First off, it's incredibly hydrating, which is perfect for my dry skin! As you can see in the photo, it gives a beautiful natural glow! Secondly, it looks so natural, which I love since I prefer a lighter makeup look. Lastly, and this is just my personal opinion, but I really like the scent. It does smell like cosmetics, but it's not overpowering - more of a pleasant, subtle fragrance. While I mentioned earlier that I like how natural it looks, this can also be a drawback. On days when I have blemishes, it doesn't provide enough coverage on its own, so I need to use it with a concealer. So this aspect could be seen as both a pro and a con! Since the product itself is quite moisturizing, I found that using a sponge that's not too damp works best for application on my face. A sponge with just the right amount of moisture removed seems to help the product absorb well! - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 18, 2019
As someone with combination dehydrated skin and oily tendencies, this was my first foray into foundation! The finish is wonderfully matte, and I'm especially impressed by its longevity - it lasts much longer than regular cushion foundations! There's nothing particularly bad to mention! However, as someone who's been exclusively using cushion foundations, I find cleansing off this foundation a bit more tedious. - mi******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJun 9, 2019
Applies thinly and gives a gorgeous skin finish! The color is absolutely beautiful too. Every time I use it, I get a barrage of tiny blemishes. Maybe it's because of my acne-prone skin...
