MacQueen New York's Waterproof Pencil Gel Liner #03 French Latte A softly shimmering pearl-infused soft brown Glides on smoothly from inner to outer corner without any gaps · Easily and quickly achieves desired thickness and shape · Quick-dry film formula for rapid setting · Resists smudging from oil and moisture all day long Finishes cleanly for defined and striking eyes · No smudging even when rubbed immediately after application · Removes easily during cleansing · Gentle on sensitive eyes, which I really appreciate. A soft gel liner in a sharpenable format Doesn't dry out quickly · And it sharpens like a regular pencil. You'll need a sharpener. The ingredients are so good, it's a holy grail product. There's absolutely nothing to complain about. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 14, 2020
Application: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It absorbs beautifully and smoothly. It's great for use as an eyeshadow. I've been using it as a pearly eyeshadow instead of a liner by applying a small amount on the back of my hand. It's so soft that it blends well, and the color is gorgeous. It looks stunning when applied as an accent over matte eyeshadow. Longevity: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've only used it as eyeshadow, but being waterproof, it stays put from morning until night without needing any touch-ups, which is fantastic. Portability: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The pencil type makes it incredibly convenient to carry around. It's slim and long, fitting easily into a makeup pouch. Best of all, you don't have to worry about it breaking like powder eyeshadows. Price: ⭐⭐⭐ I bought it for less than 1000 won during a sale on Ti*. I didn't know the regular price, but it turns out to be 6000 won. Considering other waterproof gel liners cost nearly 10,000 won or more, I think it's relatively affordable among waterproof gel liners. Since it's a pencil type that needs sharpening, those without a pencil sharpener will need to purchase one separately! For those planning to use it as eyeshadow, try applying a small amount on the back of your hand and blend with your fingers. You'll be able to create a truly beautiful eyeshadow look. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinSep 28, 2019
The staying power is truly top-notch! It doesn't smudge or fade. I absolutely love it! It breaks easily, gets blunt quickly, and the amount is quite small. Those are the downsides. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinJul 24, 2019
As a gel eyeliner, it has excellent staying power. It sets instantly upon application and doesn't easily come off. It's a bit on the softer side, and since I have to sharpen it, it seems like there's less product. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSep 16, 2018
It applies with a beautifully soft color payoff and has decent staying power. First off, it smudges way too easily... and in the end, it's all about the shimmer? It's excessively shiny. Also, it doesn't seem to agree with my eyes, causing some tingling afterwards... The main issue is definitely the smudging, so I can't really recommend it. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinApr 19, 2018
The color payoff is excellent, and being waterproof, its staying power is truly top-notch. It's versatile enough to be used as eyeshadow too, making it incredibly practical! The thickness might make it a bit challenging for beginners to use comfortably. You can easily apply it by holding the eyeliner horizontally. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinFeb 7, 2018
As someone with monolids and oily skin, I'm impressed by this gel eyeliner. Its application and staying power are fantastic, and the affordable price is unbeatable. That's why I've been using it for well over a year. I've gone through about 10 of these, including different colors, and completely used up around 6 of them. Despite its many advantages, there's one major drawback that's hard to overlook. Even though I bought a special sharpener, which is typical for gel eyeliners, it breaks far too easily - both while sharpening and during application. It's frustrating how fragile it is, no matter how careful you are. This is why I ended up using 6 of them down to tiny stubs. Eventually, I couldn't overcome this flaw and switched to a different eyeliner after using it for over a year. Be extremely cautious when sharpening and applying this eyeliner. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinMay 26, 2017
My eyes are quite oily, but the eyeliner seemed to have decent staying power even though it's not a pen-type! The outer corners looked fine, but it was a bit tricky to apply on the inner rims, and the inner rims wiped off easily :( I think this eyeliner would suit someone with double eyelids well. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinApr 15, 2017
This is the 3rd product I've purchased! The longevity is really top-notch for the price!! The waterproof function is also satisfactory. It's incredibly smooth, making it easy to glide on. It's a bit watery, so you need to be careful when applying. It can clump up, so you always have to smudge and let it dry after applying. You'll need to use a cotton swab to remove any that gets on your eyelashes. After smudging with a tip brush and letting it dry a bit, set it with powder and you can go all day without needing to retouch! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 28, 2017
I used to have a lot of fat around my eyelids, and no matter what product I used, it would always smear. But this one is really amazing. Just applying it is enough for it to last 5-6 hours at the very least, and when used with a fixative or the like, it can easily last all day. Before, it would smear too much and wear off, so I always had to carry an eyeliner with me, but now I can just go out without worrying about it, which is really great. The thing about my eyes is that the corners are rounded. To make them look sharper, I'd have to trim them, but if I do that, they end up getting really jagged and uneven, which is a shame. But the price is affordable, and even if they do get trimmed unevenly, one lasts me two to three months!
