I'm not quite sure. I bought it because it's known as the UK's national cream... The ingredients aren't as good as I expected. I bought it because my hands get dry in winter, but it doesn't seem to be the right choice. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 14, 2020
It instantly calms down any small bumps or itchy spots on the body when applied I received this as a gift from a trip to the UK. It's a shame we can't find it in Korea. It can be a bit irritating for dry skin It has a rich texture - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedFeb 26, 2020
It's incredibly rich and seems to have a slight calming effect. When I apply this after my toner and emulsion, my skin feels absolutely amazing! It's quite difficult to find in stores like Olive Young or LaLa Blah.. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJan 31, 2020
Perfect for acne-prone skin. Reduces redness! Diminishes small blemishes. Less greasy than other products. Unlike Vaseline or Johnson's Baby Lotion - just my personal opinion, not comparing to other brands. Excellent long-lasting hydration. Seems to make skin look younger. I bought this at Boots when I was in London. I'd heard good reviews but was skeptical since my skin is super sensitive. I've struggled with eczema since childhood and acne during my school years. Even now, I'm very careful about what I put on my face. I was afraid this would be oily like Vaseline or Johnson's Baby Lotion and cause breakouts, but it was really great! After applying it and sleeping, I woke up to find my redness had significantly decreased and my skin felt soft. The texture isn't too thin or heavy, so it spreads easily on the face. A little goes a long way. I really want to recommend this to people with sensitive skin prone to small blemishes or redness! Since using this, my acne and redness have actually decreased! I heard it's a bit pricey in Korea, but if you're on the fence about buying it, I'd say go for it! I'm not sure yet. Initially, the effects might seem subtle? But it seems to work better with consistent use. It varies from person to person. For reference, I saw results even after just one day of use. It seems more effective when applied to bare skin, especially on the cheeks and T-zone, before bed and whenever your skin feels dry. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJan 28, 2020
I tried the cream version instead of the emulsion. It's versatile - you can use it on your face, body, and hands. Overall, it's a solid choice with no unusual scent. When I'm traveling light, this is the only product I pack. The fact that it's just 'okay'? If you need intense hydration or want special care, you might need to use other products alongside this one. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinDec 2, 2019
Living in the UK, it's affordable and easy to find. The consistency is just right - not too runny, not too thick, making it easy to apply smoothly. Not recommended for those with super sensitive skin. It gives a stinging sensation after application. Despite being advertised as gentle, the ingredients aren't particularly skin-friendly. I bought this because I heard the ingredients are so gentle that even pregnant women and babies can use it in the UK. Both my friend and I experienced a tingling sensation when applying the emulsion. We thought it would only happen at first, but it's been about 3 weeks now, and it still stings every time we apply it. The cream doesn't sting, but when you first rub it in, there's a slight white cast. You need to pat it in a lot until it's fully absorbed. It doesn't really address deep dryness, and it feels like it just sits on top of the skin. By the next morning, my skin feels dehydrated underneath, but the surface feels oily. - tu********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedNov 12, 2019
I'm using the tube version and it's truly excellent for hydration. The scent is a bit off-putting at first, but it dissipates quickly so it's not a big issue. - yo*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 9, 2019
I used the cream, not the emulsion. I bought it in London for about 3 pounds for 2 tubes (around 2000 won each), and it's gentle and effective. My skin had been constantly developing small blemishes and itching, but after applying this, the itching calmed down and the blemishes almost completely disappeared. For reference, I'm prone to getting pimples and irritation from ingredients that clog pores or cause irritation. It's amazing how this cream feels so powdery when applied! I hope it becomes popular quickly and becomes available in Korea soon. It's super cheap in London, but ordering it online costs 10,000 to 20,000 won. As I have super sensitive skin, I regret only buying one to try. However, it cleared up my small blemishes that even dermatologist-prescribed oral medication, topical treatments, and facial scaling couldn't resolve. So I've reordered a large tube online. Many people buy it in London (it's cheaper at local Boots stores than at duty-free shops). - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 15, 2019
I use both the emulsion and cream. The emulsion isn't incredibly hydrating, but it's decent. For the face, I recommend using the cream. There's a white cast, so you need to pat it in thoroughly to ensure it absorbs well.
