The large size means I can use it generously. I tend to be quite liberal with my skincare... The scent wasn't to my liking, unfortunately. I've gotten used to it now, but because of the fragrance, I find myself avoiding it on mornings when I need to go out. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJul 18, 2020
I've been using this since my early twenties, so while it doesn't excite me as much now, it still works wonders for smoothing my hair. Though the effects are temporary, it's especially great for taming messy, frizzy hair when a perm is growing out. It's excellent value for money and comes in a huge bottle. I love applying it generously to my hair, so I prefer the large size. After using it for years, I'm not sure if I notice the effects as much anymore. They say it's best to alternate between different hair essences and treatments, as using the same one for too long can reduce its effectiveness. While I don't see the dramatic results I did initially, I'm still grateful for how it calms my flyaways and makes my hair easier to comb through with my fingers, leaving it tangle-free. I'm getting tired of the scent. It's also quite runny, so you end up using a lot. The fragrance is a bit too rich for my taste... - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinJun 13, 2020
(MUST READ before purchasing!!!) *Brutally honest review* I honestly can't understand why this product has such high ratings LOL. The only advantage is that it's relatively cheap for the amount you get... That's it, nothing more. 😢 First off, there's absolutely NO softening or shine-boosting effect on the hair. It just gives you the 'feeling' that you've used a treatment, nothing more! They claim milk is the main ingredient, but because of that, it has this awful, pungent milk smell. It's really nauseating... The scent is just ugh! If you're looking for a treatment that actually nourishes your hair, here's a pro tip: don't buy this product! - Hwahae UserNormal SkinJun 12, 2019
I loved the large size and affordable price, and the gentle ingredients were a plus too! The downside is the scent, which is a bit overpowering. Personally, I prefer light and fresh fragrances, but this one is heavy and has a stale, musty smell. The nourishing effects aren't particularly noticeable either. I even experienced static electricity throughout the winter... I just use it as a substitute for regular conditioner. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinMay 10, 2019
1. Great value for a large size product. I love that it's a big bottle, so I can use it generously. When products are expensive, you tend to use them sparingly. With this one, I could use it liberally on my long hair, which was really convenient. 2. It's surprisingly good! The shampoo felt pleasantly soft when washing my hair. The scent. At first, there's a strange, off-putting smell that's hard to get used to. Usually, hair products have nice fragrances, but this one... They call it a 'milk bomb', but does it smell like sour milk? Well, not quite that bad, but let's just say it's not a pleasant scent. Despite the smell, it was still usable when covered up with the scent of hair essence. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinMar 28, 2019
Great value for money with its large size and affordable price. The treatment effect is superior to those found in supermarkets, offering excellent bang for your buck. The scent is not pleasant. It smells like perm solution, which occasionally makes me gag. If you have another treatment with a nice fragrance at home, try mixing in a tiny amount with this one. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 23, 2019
1. The product comes in a generous size. 2. The pump dispenser makes it convenient to use. 3. The consistency is thinner than expected. This could be seen as either a pro or a con, depending on personal preference. I previously used a baobab treatment with a thicker texture, which I preferred. However, I realized that this lighter consistency actually left my hair feeling more moisturized after rinsing. Additional note: After not using it for a while, I tried it again and noticed my hair became incredibly soft! It's so effective that I really want to recommend it. I didn't notice the difference while using treatments consistently, but after only using shampoo for a while and then reintroducing this treatment, the results were remarkable. 1. The scent is surprisingly unpleasant. At first, I thought it was just a strong perfume smell, but upon reflection, it reminds me of perm or hair dye chemicals. The thought of my hair smelling like that all day is quite off-putting. While I might be particularly sensitive to scents (and opinions may vary), I think many people would find this fragrance disagreeable. 2. Although my hair felt moisturized and soft while rinsing, I didn't notice the same effect when drying. In other words, don't expect miraculous results after just one use. Update: After using it when my hair condition had worsened, I did notice some visible improvements. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinSep 3, 2018
Definitely better than not using a treatment. Hair feels soft and smooth, and it's easier to comb through. Worth giving this treatment a try! Personally, I'm not a fan of the scent. It's a bit too strong, like an intense powder fragrance? Those who are sensitive to strong scents should be cautious! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMay 29, 2018
The texture is neither too thin nor too thick, with a white treatment formula. It offers quite good results with less burdensome ingredients. The quantity is really generous for the price, making it cost-effective. It's easily accessible. Surprisingly, it softens the hair and seems to nourish rather than just coating it. The scent... I wish they hadn't added fragrance. The smell is really headache-inducing and strong, causing nausea and discomfort. Because of this overpowering scent, you can't apply nice-smelling essences or wear perfume. I'm hesitating to repurchase because the fragrance is so unpleasant. Also, there's no immediate effect - you have to use it consistently to feel like 'Oh, this is actually working'. The longer you leave it on, the better. Still, I'm not sure if it deserves all the hype it gets. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinJan 7, 2018
It's similar to a regular conditioner (hard to consider it a treatment). It didn't harm my scalp when used. I'll give credit for the price-to-volume ratio. I had high hopes for this highly praised treatment, but it was the biggest disappointment ever. I tried to use it two or three times, but eventually gave up and left it unused. The scent is not just unpleasant, it's nauseating, leaving a fishy smell even after drying my hair. They claimed it had a subtle white musk fragrance, but it smells like they tried too hard to create an artificial white musk scent, resulting in a fishy odor. A common drugstore treatment product is far better than this. My hair seems to tangle more after drying. I don't even want to give it any stars. It might be okay for those who don't care about fragrance and just want to use anything cheap, but that's about it.
